Today was especially busy for me and I needed business cards desperately by tomorrow for a networking session and the team at the print station was so amazing! I was told no promises they would be ready today but my cards were ready much sooner than later!!! I’m on my way now!

Marc killed it in customer service. Printed, and cut all my documents, and made sure I was happy before leaving. They have paper, pens, ink, rulers, protractors, printers, stickers, index cards, poster board, hole punches, computers, scanners, memory cards, office chairs, desks, floor mats, and much more to keep your business going.

Employee was super helpful and was able to print something for me I needed urgently. I appreciate the kindness.

Only giving this store a 5 star because of Richard the General Manager! He is extremely professional and friendly and very knowledgeable of his Role. I had ordered a graduation foam board and the staff at printing did not put in the order correctly the way he instructed them to. I was so upset and being that im pregnant currently it was a stressful situation! All I had to do was call the store and ask for Richard! He was so pleasant in helping me and told me to come back in the store and he redid the foam board and didnt charge me again because it was their mistake. He personally took care of the picture and it came out so amazing! Just wanted to say a big thank you to you Richard you really made my weekend and my graduation party will be a success because of you!

I needed help selecting a new printer that would meet my needs and fit my budget and space. Justin at the San Marcos store was great--he is a good listener and provided comparisons between brands and models. He wasn't trying to sell me anything or a specific brand, just providing info that allowed me to make a good decision. This store is always clean, organized, well stocked, and I am always greeted at the door. Glad this is my local store.

I buy my coffee pods here, a good value. I then browse the store, and may or may not choose another item or two. Staff is knowledgable and friendly.

I drove in from Wimberley to exchange a chair. I bough a chair that felt comfortable in the store but after I got it home and sat in it a while, I decided it wasn't that comfortable at all. I couldn't find the receipt but, luckily, I had the box the chair came in. I exchanged it for another chair. I was worried that I would have problems putting it together but it was really pretty easy. The people were really friendly and didn't have a problem exchanging it for me. The place is located about a block from IH 35. Now that I know where the place is, I'm sure I'll go back.

I need some help reprinting a booklet that was in the wrong order, and Brooke was so helpful! She reprinted it and put it together herself in just a few minutes. Really great customer service all the way around.

Everyone was very nice they greet you when you walked to the door they had big smiles on their face. Did not hesitate to help with a certain item that I was looking for . Making it all about the customer is a big plus for me.😁

Bought an ink jet black and white printer. Specifically wanting a toner without ink. Employee was helpful and knowledgeable about printers, prices and accessories. They know how to give 💯 % customer service!

I’ve been to this Office Depot a few times and they are great. The management actually cares about their reputation and making sure things are right. They also are very quick on their print jobs. Two times I’ve had print job (manuals) done within a couple of hours of my online order. Great location..

Came in on 6/6/21 to make a copy of an old black and white photo as well as print a picture I had on my phone. The latter was easy. All you have to do is send the photo as an attachment to an email address with Office Depot and they will print it for you.
When I was there they had a free offer of printing and laminating your Covid vaccine card. I bought a clear, plastic name badge holder for mine.
The employee that waited on me was nice. She complimented me on the photo I had printed of my newly deceased, beloved black cat. Turns out her and her mom are cat lovers too. 😻
I was pleased with my visit and will return in the future.

I am super pleased! Placed an online order at 11:00 a.m. for custom business cards and was told my order would be ready after 6:00 p.m. I received an email 15 minutes later letting me know my order was ready. Wow!
