Horrible experience. He’s aggressive with customers. Has an assistant that told me a ring was a real diamond solitaire but was not. No customer service skills. I would highly suggest going to others. Avoid this place at all costs. I brought in a solitaire to be mounted and the assistant just wanted me to hand it to her to walk to the back without looping it or verifying- bad practices that are risky to guests.
