This Shop was great to work with, they asked us how we wanted our Jewelry pieces be designed. And, if it wasn't done correctly done, they would email over pictures showing, exactly how the Emerald Necklace, Pearl Necklace and many more items should be accurately be designed. Mrs. Ruby designed it just like we wanted !!!. Incredible workmanship, excellent client service. A Friend referred me to Ruby Jewelry Store. And, I'm so glad that, I have a place to go to for my Jewelry replacement and Jewelry repairs needs 😊.

I stopped by Ruby for first time today with my vintage necklace with broken clasp. Expected to leave it for repair. They fixed while I waited & when I asked what I owe, she said “see you next time”! In this world of poor customer service -what a 5 STAR experience ! Thank you Ruby Jewelry, I’ll definitely be back for sure.

I have been coming here for at least 20 years. I trust Mr. Quinn with my most expensive pieces. He does beautiful work whether for repair or a polishing. Highly recommend him.

top notch jeweler. he has reset stones and repaired jewelry for us. repaired watches, and done a couple of custom jobs. we have also bought a nice diamond from him at a reasonable price. very happy. suggest you call before you go.

Fixed a chain from Tiffany super quickly and the cost was much lower than it would have been if I had taken it to T and Co. Very nice people too.

Horrible experience 😪 the owner ruined my Yurman pendant- he ruined it, and when I asked , he got the most horrible horrible attitude. Don't ever como to this place, horrible, horrible.
