I don’t understand the bad reviews on here. I come here regularly at least 3-4 times a year and every experience has been great. The staff is always helpful, the store is always clean and the ac is always on.

Great prices and many styles

My husband needed new jeans and I suggested going to the Levi's Outlet Store in Tanger Outlet Mall located in Texas City. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in finding the correct sizes and style of jeans that we were looking for. They were on sale for a great price. I highly recommend visiting their store if you are looking for a large selection of styles to choose from.

Great selection. Great staff. Alex and Janelli are amaze. Lots of cute graphic tees. Great high-waisted short selection. Awesome outerwear. I got the vintage trucker denim jacket and now I'm in loveee! 🤩

The dressing room attendant was really nice and helpful,and the floor attendants were also very helpful. We were able to find pants that actually fit very well . I think this is where we will buy jeans from now on.

Not a review of the store but overall policy. You can't exchange online orders at the retail store which I believe is not economical for the consumer.

Very friendly and professional service. Great selection of jeans, not so much on shirts, but I went for jeans so it was perfect.

Ordered jeans online, not what I thought they would be and the in store return process.... Extremely easy.
