I had the same person work on my cars for years and then he retired. I thought I would never find someone I could trust that has fair prices, does excellent work and that I could trust. Mr. Dietz (hope I spelled correctly) is that person. I recommend J&A Auto to anyone that will listen! It is a huge relief to have them when we need them.

Mr. Diep at J&A Auto always gives me great service at a fair price. I swerved and hit a curb so hard it knocked the front right tire off. I collected the tire and had it towed to his shop on Thursday. He found all the parts and had it back together and running by Monday.

I feared that my transmission was blown, and honestly if someone told me my repair was a lot more than $200 for what turned out to be a failed u joint replacement I would have believed them. J&S took care of me same day great price and service.

These guys are always very professional and give good value for your repair dollars!

I have been going here for the last 5 years. And during that time, he has worked on all of my cars. From radiators, alternators and brake jobs to suspension work, he does it all. Diep is very knowledgeable and honest. He will not upsell you on stuff you don’t need. On top of all that, his prices are extremely reasonable. I recommend him highly.

Wonderful shop! I was in and out in a little less than 1 hour (the same day that I came in for a quote) and was charged $553 less than the other quote I received.

This is the best shop to take your japanese car to. They offered me the best price. I got brake pad and rotors replaced. Best deal in the city.The owner also won't try to upsell you on auto work not needed. I'm satisfied with their quality of service.

Diep and his team were amazing and quick (in my opinion)! Diep kept me updated and showed me the problem with my car and he is reasonably priced. They also fixed a small issue with my bumper at no charge! I didn’t even ask.

The guys at J&A replaced my
wife's radiator for 1/3 of the price the dealership service center quoted us. They did the work quickly and took care of a few other minor issues her car had free of charge. I'll absolutely take both of our cars back to them new time I need any service.

Very small, dumpy waiting area. They analyzed the problem I was having and fixed my spark plugs. I arrived at the time they suggested because I can tell they stay busy. I waited for my car. It was fixed within the 1.5 hrs they said. They gave me a free air filter. They seemed trustworthy. I would go back again if I had major car trouble.

If you don’t want to pay the high costs of a dealership or even shops like those really “happy” boys, then this is the place to take your vehicle. The turnaround is reasonable, along with he prices. Really great owner and staff. Been taking my vehicle(s) to them for 10 years now. My old SUV died on me one night and I was able to catch them before they closed, and had the tow truck bring it there, in 2 days I had it back and running great. Another time and different SUV, I had to have some maintance done, and the dealership wanted to charge me 1500, they charged me 300. Take it to J&A Auto, you won’t be disappointed.

Great and honest mechanic shop. I had a collision where the hood, bumper, side panel, and radiator were damaged. It cost me 50% of a collision center and he fixed A/C free of charge.

A very close friend recommended this place and phoned Mr Diep on my behalf. After that intro, I arranged for work to be done on my son's car there. Mr Diep was very reasonable in the amount he charged my son. He asked him to buy 2 parts from across the street (to save him the higher price that he'd have to charge for those) and put them in for him. My son was super pleased with Mr Diep and his technicians. My son's made J and A his choice for future needs.

Diep and his crew have been repairing my car, as well as all of my family members' cars, for years. Being a female, it is very important knowing that you can have total trust in a repair shop to only charge you for what's needed and for doing quality work so that you are safe on the road! They have always taken exceptional care of me and have always repaired my car the most reasonably way possible. I even bought the higher price AAA policy with more towing miles to be able to ensure that no matter where my car may break down, I will be able to make sure it gets to them for repair! They are SUPER!!!

Brought our car here after it was diagnosed at a dealership. The dealership wanted $1200 for just one of the repairs that needed to to be done. Diep fixed that problem plus a couple of other problems for $750 total. He was upfront about pricing and kept in communication with us about the repairs. He seems very knowledgeable and got straight to business. We will definitely trust him with any future car repairs we have!

Been going here for over 20yrs. Diep and his family have to be the best run auto mechanic garage in the full metro. Most honest and conservative mechanics we've ever met, and we have 7 vehicles he maintains and fixes anytime we need services. Don't let the no frills sign or small office fool you! These guys KNOW what they are doing and do it fast, efficient, and extremely well! They get so much business from word of mouth they don't have to do any advertising.
