I love my Curves! Not only are my fellow Curves ladies kind and encouraging, but so are Cheryl and Becky. Since I started, Cheryl has checked in on me, kept up with my workouts (both on and off the circuit), motivated me to keep going, and celebrated me when I've met my goals. My mind and body always feel stronger when I leave here.
Convenient location, fantastic owner and staff, great hours, endless motivation. Whether you're looking for a place to get stronger, lose weight, or just keep moving, this Curves is it!

Curves is a great place for women to work out. All the members are encouraging and the facility is very clean. Join us for a 30 minute workout and see how much better you feel! It’s amazing!!

Curves Richardson is an awesome workout center for women. The coaches are wonderful and very supportive and not judgmental!The patrons are friendly, and we believe that laughter does burn calories!

I have been a member at this Curves since they opened (2012?) I love the atmosphere and the fellow members. It is nice to work out with just women so one doesn't feel overly self conscious. Cheryl, the owner, and each staff member does a fantastic job to help morale, and she encourages us in our health and fitness journey. We also contribute substantially to the community, specifically the North Texas Food Bank and an annual toy drive to help the people in our community. This is a wonderful facility and I'm thankful to be a part of it!

Curves is a wonderful workout for women and it’s always a pleasure to exercise at Curves, Richardson. It’s a 24 mile round-trip from my house but well worth it as Cheryl, the hard-working owner, runs it very well. The atmosphere is friendly and the well-maintained machines are effective. I always feel better in body and mind after a work out there.

Ken Bishop is my husband. He believes Curves is so good for me he takes me and walks outside while I exercise. A great workout for women. I highly recommend it!

Curves/Richardson is Absolutely the best Workout gym in Richardson. The owner Cheryl Tipton and staff member Becky Ramirez are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They welcome everyone as a friend from first day. They keep the equipment sanitary and the inside spotless.
I have made some great strides in my workouts with their encouragement and help.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean and sanitary place to give us a try.

I love going to curves for my workouts. It's a 30 minute, fun workout. You sweat when you do a good workout but you never get hot. Great workout music. You are always meeting new, nice, friendly people. The coaches are great and encouraging. They also keep in touch with you when are out for a few days to make sure you get back on track. I love workig out at Curves. It's nothing like going to the gym :)

Curves in Richardson has excellent workout coaches; they are friendly, professional and helpful and make daily workouts actually enjoyable. It is also a great place to meet and interact with fellow exercisers.

In addition, all their equipment is easy to use and works on all parts of the body at your pace.

I cannot say enough good things about this Curves location. Definately deserves a 5 star rating. The owner runs a great facility. The machines are updated when needed and are always clean and well maintained. The owner as well as the employees greet members by name which makes you feel welcome and "noticed". They are always ready to help in any way to make your Curves experience as beneficial as possible. Corporate Curves should be proud of this one --- I know I am proud to be a member!

I have enjoyed Curves very much. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's nice to get to visit with other ladies as I go around the circuit, and I feel I get a good, balanced workout from the way the machines are set up. I have a membership at a large exercise facility, but prefer to go to Curves.

New machines that make the workout very effective. Coaches are available at all times and motivate me to maximize the workout. They focus on my specific goals. Curves Smart technology is excellent for tracking performance. In and out in 30 minutes and leave feeling energized. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Curves is a friendly place with a dedicated staff. The staff greets you by name when you arrive, and you feel important to them. It is a caring community: it's not unusual to find a greeting card available for signing for one of our members for a health concern or a loss. It is a place where you can improve you health, learn something new, and share laughter.

My Curves experience has been consistently positive in all ways, from the workout to improve overall health to the social interaction with others.
I highly recommend, specifically, Curves-Richardson because the owner keeps a very up to date, clean and interactive facility with positive reinforcement for all.
