Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Ozzy and Cameron were able to come out on the same day I put in a request for an appointment. I was very happy with Roto Rooter's policy of not charging just to come out and take a look at what needs to be done and then providing a detailed estimate. Ozzy did a great job of thoroughly examining the plumbing system of the whole house and making sure to check if there were ways things could be fixed that would save us some money. He took his time and was in no rush and made completely sure that the job was done before leaving and only charged exactly what I was initially quoted so there were no surprises. It's always a bit stressful to have something go wrong in your home but we are very satisfied with the work Ozzy and Cameron did and they way they made sure we were fully informed about what was going on and what our options were.

Derek came out right away, he was super friendly and immediately addressed the issue. He was diligent and made sure to explain everything to me and ensure that I didn’t have any questions or other concerns. I would highly recommend!

Jonathan was an amazing plumber. He clearly explained everything and worked to get me the best price on an expensive repair. He was thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate all the work he did.

Had a sewer backup on Sunday morning over a long weekend z They were the fastest to respond. Derek was my technician and very respectful throughout the process. They are more expensive than other plumbes our there though but it was pretty much an emergency and we needed someone very fast.

Steven was very professional, knowledgeable, and respected of my home while unplugging the drain and setting a new toilet. Also included in the service was a guy with a camera cable so we know what is happening in the pipes. GREAT JOB THANKS!

Super Mario was my service tech and he did an outstanding job. Someone ran a load of laundry while he was unclogging a drain and it flooded the kitchen. Mario immediately turned off the washing machine. He even cleaned the flooded water, remained cheerful and finished unclogging the pipe. Definitely ask for Mario.

Roto-Rooter was great. Anthony and Mario worked on my drain till midnight. They did a great job. Another company couldn’t unclog my drain but Anthony and Mario worked hard and got it done. These guys are the best!!!!

I am posting this for Mike. Who was the young man that came to our home when we needed him to fix Hour Water lines for us as the disposal was blowing water up. Something was stuck in there. My husband worked on this thing for 2 hours. He called Roto rooter because we had them here in the past To fix the toilet, they did an excellent job. So we felt confident in calling them out again.. Mike was courteous. He told us everything he was going to do before he did it. When he was finished , he explained what the problem was and what possibly the cause was and what to look out for in the future. And we have a 6 month guarantee, so let's just say if we have any problems between now and 6 months, the bill is on them this time. Thank you, Roto Rooter

I am very happy with the service provided. We had a clog in our bathroom, I attenpted to get ir free with an Auger but I was unsuccessful. They showed up within 1 hour of my phone call. The plumber was very nice and profesional. The peice was a bit higher than I expected, but we needed it fixed so we proceeded.

Had a problem with my toilet not flushing correctly. Peter and Jonathan came out to determine the problem. Both my toilet and sink drain were repaired. They were courteous and explained everything. No pressure to buy additional services, but did make suggestions.

Mr Steve came right on time, actually early, He had us fixed up and on our way quickly and he was very courteous and professional. great contact from the branch.

Quick response. Kelvin was here within an hour of calling in. He was extremely polite, took the time to listen to the problem and quickly fixed it. Definitely will call again!
