My interaction with Hope about my insurance account is always pleasant professional and top tier when speaking with her. I trust Hope in what she looks into and she does look into things and gets back to me. I give Hope the highest rate possible and a job well done for the way she manages herself when providing guest service. You guys are lucky to have her.

Norma was Amazing and friendly, she did a great cost analysis and comparison of my former policy holder, I would recommend her, she also spoke about products that were of interest to me. She is great and didn’t push or over sold the products, will be speaking with her about other offers!!

I love this company! I have been with State Farm for more than 1 year. Their price and service is unbeatable! Whenever I have questions, I just email Jessica and she's always with patience and help! She provided me multiple quotes to really match what I need that reduced my home insurance, auto insurance so much!

Recently, I just purchased a Tesla Model Y and traded in one of my old car. Jessica provided me a quote that beat Tesla Insurance rate with the same coverage. she also provided me a temp insurance ID card that makes the trade in process seamlessly. A lot of people says Tesla insurance is expensive and bad service because lack of people, I'm so glad that I just send an emailed to Jessica 3 days before the trade in. This is a definitely 5 star service, they really care their customers and provides outstanding service and rate.

Cory Hernandez Agency is awesome. Cassie Martinez is top notch. She helped me out on a late Friday afternoon getting insurance coverage for my home and auto. Walked thru the process by phone to make sure everything was in place for my insurance. She did all at 5 pm on a Friday. The customer service was great and her follow up with me as we went thru the process was excellent as well. I switched my coverage from Nationwide after not being happy with their rate increases every year. Cassie and the Hernandez Agency again were outstanding in meeting all my needs!

So insurance, for me, is never gonna be a fun thing. Also, I always have a million questions. I am amazed that Cory's office has not dropped me for being such a huge pain in the neck. Norma, Hope, Jayden and Jessica have all had to deal with me and they have never once treated me with anything other than patience, kindness and understanding. They will do whatever it takes to answer my questions and always do the best they can to help me. At the end of the day, insurance is still insurance but their tone and attitude sure make me happy that they are the ones there for me.
