I have been going to this Planet Fitness location since the first day it opened in 2018. I have enjoyed coming here throughout the years. I usually go late at night because it’s less crowded. The Black Card spa is definitely worth it… They have Tanning beds, Massage chairs and a lounge area. The bathrooms/showers/lockers are usually always clean. I recommend using the app as well, it has a lot of benefits! Thank you Planet Fitness!

I wish it was a little bit bigger, but other than that. Everything is perfect. The staff members are extremely friendly, the equipment is new and well maintained, the services they give with their black card are exceptional.

Deserving of Stars! It’s not a powerlifting gym but it’s very nice. They have Red Light therapy, standup, and 4 hydro-massage chairs that rock and great post workout. Managers are great and enjoy every day I go in

I went there at 4:30 am as a First Time Guest and as soon as we walked in, we were Greeted with such POSITIVE ENERGY that it made my visit a pleasant one. The place was big and very clean. They have Great work out equipment. They also have these water jet massage chairs and regular massage chairs that felt So Good. If you like to Tan they have nice Tanning rooms as well. I most definitely will go back. I Highly recommend this location.

Great!!! Always clean and the staff is very friendly!! Love the tanning beds- always available. Great hours they’re rarely closed and thanks to them. I had a place to take a shower when our hot water heater went out.

Good pricing, helpful front office, lots of equipment, free coaching - what's not to like?

Neat and clean place for workout and lot of equipment, not so crowded unlike usual planet fitness.

Great layout of equipment. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Impressed by the showers.

I signed up for a membership from an online special and was really excited to visit.

My first visit was a minor disappointment. The front desk staff was helpful enough, but no one showed us around the gym or explained the facilities.

However, it’s really a great gym. They have a ton of equipment and centers for related equipment. Most machines have at least two right next to each other and the layout of the centers makes it really easy to do a complete workout while moving from machine to machine fluidly. They do an amazing job cleaning this location. Very very clean. The staff is constantly wiping things down. 100% the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to!

The app is great too and if you have an Apple Watch, you can use your watch to check in. The app features workouts and has a handy crowd meter so you can see how busy the gym typically is at the time you want to go. They play great music, but I do think it’s a bit loud in some areas - or at least my Apple Watch does. I’d occasionally get a decibel warning in certain centers. I have no idea how accurate the watch is and it’s never something I thought about until my watch told me I needed to - so - take that with a grain of salt.

I filled out an online survey from the gym and noted that we did not get a tour and while the front desk staff was helpful, it felt like the floor staff was avoiding everyone. The manager of the gym called me just a few days later about it. I missed the call, but he left an incredibly pleasant message on my voicemail.

I ended up deciding to cancel because I got an Apple Watch and have been using their workouts. The manager was there running the desk training someone when I went yesterday and he handled my cancellation. He made it very easy and convenient and he was just such a nice and friendly person.

Even though I cancelled my membership, I still think they deserve a five star review. While I was just a tiny bit disappointed at not having a tour at our first visit, the manger reached out immediately for something so small just to apologize and remedy that. (And I didn’t “need” him to “make it right”, I just think it’s great Customer service that he did). Great customer service and a great attitude go a long way! While I’m no longer a member because I changed the way I workout, I still highly recommend this location.

Ideal location for me. Never too crowded to where you won't get a machine to work out on. Staff is very friendly and helpful. With the black card membership, the hydromassage is a perfect ending to a workout. The no judgment culture is true to its name - people come here to get a serious workout, not to be seen.

I love it. The staff is super nice and helpful. The equipment is new and the place is clean. I usually prefer to go at off peak hours.

This is the BEST! Friendly and make you feel welcome. Front desk staff greets everyone and smiles! They very hard at keeping the place clean and organized, stocked with paper towels and cleaners. It always smells good in the gym and the lobby is immaculate!!

A huge, spacious environment. Lots of machines,classes to choose from. A very pleasant, clean atmosphere. The employees very friendly and accommodating. Planet Tan black members have a lot more amenities that make it all worth it.

I live 30 miles away from this gym and it doesn’t matter what I have to drive to get here but the reason is simple, it’s safe, clean, the staff is the best, trained bordering on excellence, the manager is an incredibly person and open to listen suggestion. You definitely won’t find anything better like this gym located at 1021 N. Central Expy planoTX 75075. I’ve tried different gym chains but I don’t recommend any if it’s not just my gym, which is my second home. Could you remove the stars 1 to 4? 5 should be enough, the perfect place.

I absolutely love this gym. It's huge and has all the machines that one would need to get in shape. All of the machines are newer and in great shape. The locker rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. It does get pretty busy between 5:30-8:30pm which is standard, if you work around these times then you're all set.

Clean gym, not as busy as you would think or expect, being in Plano, which I don't mind from a standpoint of getting access to equipment and machines :). Staff is very friendly and gym is well kept.
