Sam's Club Pharmacy

Meagan is very friendly and helpful. Her customer service skills are phenomenal! I come in there so much that we teased about being bff's lol. But not just Meagan, I'm always treated with the highest level of courtesy EVERY TIME I get my prescriptions from this pharmacy! Keep up the great work everyone!

Very helpful and informative starting with Binh (Mgr), Megan, Jenn and the full staff. They will extensively provide assistance to make sure you fully understand the medication prescribed as well as resolving any concerns. Extremely professional and great personalities.

Nice and helpful people. Great prices for generic drugs.

When I called in to check to see if the pharmacy had my prescription in stock, they said it is now company policy to NOT give information over the phone about whether they have the medication in stock. THIS IS WHY I HAVE SAMS CLUB MEMBERSHIP. The pharmacy. THE ONLY reason. Now, I will be cancelling my membership. This is ridiculous and only hurts the person that needs the medication. You should be ashamed Sam’s Club.

Recently they either don’t answer the phone or will put you on hold for over 15 minutes then hang up. I’m done giving this company my money. This not customer service
