I arrive at HEB pharmacy in Pearland around 3:15pm and thanks to Tyra who serviced me at the window she went out of her way to ensure I received my eye drops today. She made a few changes as my prescription quantity size was unavailable. I really appreciate Tyra’s help and her outstanding service helping customers.

I work for a third party shopping and delivery service, and have - based on my all-time number of orders which includes other retailers - shopped at this store quite literally around 2,000 times. It's my favorite store to shop. They're always on the ball when major events (like storms) occur, and are usually well supplied on items other stores are out of. The employees are great! Special shoutouts to the folks in cooking connection for always being friendly, and to Daniel, Daryl, and Redger, who I can always count on to help me find something on the rare occasion that I'm stumped. Great job!

The staff here at the pharmacy are very courteous and genuinely seem like they enjoy their jobs. Every time I come the immediately acknowledge me and ask how they can help. I have noticed a trend among HEB Pharmacies and they are all better in every aspect compared to stand alone competitors. They usually have my Rx in stock when other pharmacies are sold out which is a huge plus.

Some of the pharmacists are rude but they rotate them so it's ok. I like the friendliness of the other folks working at this pharmacy. Always clean!

HEB Pearland Parkway Pearland, TX is without a doubt the best staffed pharmacy in the area. I have nothing but great things to say about the pharmacist Meagan and Maryland, but the entire staff is product knowledgable about prescriptive as well as over the counter products. Everyone is alway helpful, friendly and they greet all customers with welcoming smiles. HEB is very fortunate to have professionals representing the HEB chain.
