Best pharmacy around been going there for years,I know the owner personally great staff,five star in my book

They a really nice and I have 5 children and they always accommodate my needs love these awesome folks ❤

We have been faithful to Hazel's Pharmaceutical staff just as they have to us us for many years.
They take very good care of us. They understand when I forget to call once in a while very late in the day and ask if there is any way to get a refill done. If they are swamped, they will try their hardest.

We show them much respect as they do us. You know why? Because they treat us like family, they know us, they laugh with us, are professional and all along with EXCELLENT SERVICE! While handling the large volume of work they have!

UNLIKE THOSE franchise pharmacies (and their initials are (Walgreens and CVS) who have me in their SYSTEM OVERLOAD. Worrying about nothing but insurance and getting paid. Just toooo big for me.

I had to call everday with name date of birth and ??s as to why Rx not ready.. same answers..."waiting on Insurance approval from your doctor".. Called doc office everyday, (it was done). I call pharmacy... "Nuuhuu ma'am"
1 week now. ME: "RUN IT AGAIN NOW"
THEM: oh.soo just now went thru give us 3 hours we just opened.

My family has been using this Pharmacy for years. Tracy is always so kind and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend!

Everyone is attentive and very curtious.
We never have to wait in line.

My husband is a cancer patient. These people care.

Ms Tracy is amazing, she worked very diligently, trying to get my medication at a price that I could afford, and never once turned us away!

zThey bend over backwards to assist you, theyrushed my orded, called me to let me know it was in. You could not ask for better service. I feel I have friends there when I come. Love them!

I have read these reviews and want to start of by saying that we “normally” can control the volume, tone, and quality of our conversation by how much love, respect, and caution we dish out. Hazels was willing to overnight my order so that I could get my medicine in less than 24 hours! I appreciate their effort. It’s not perfect every time, but it works for me.

There was always a wait when we went inside but the drive through pharmacy is a nice touch and seemed to be faster. Ultimately we stopped going here because the liquid medications were not flavored at all (not sure if we were supposed to request that?) so my baby cried and cried with the bitterness of the meds.

they said we were having problems with my card I contacted my bank and confirmed there was no problems, I had my bank on phone and the pharmacist assistant said that machine said “card not supported” or something about their machine. So I asked if they could reset their machine? This rude woman, TRACIE , started yelling at me . I was trying to ask her to try my husband‘s. Finally , I had to say MA’AM! So she would stop getting loud and Listen to me about my husband’s card.. she said YOU KNOW WHAT? ! IM NOT FILLING YOUR prescription!
I said OK cool I will let my doctor know how you’re treating me. I have NEVER dealt with a PHARMACIST so rude and unprofessional!
The head pharmacist Mr Johnson ended up calling me back, and he was very professional and apologized for her and said this is not how we do business. And this is not the reputation we wanted. And he made it right. If it wasn’t for Mr. Johnson It would’ve been one more patient last customer you lost. What’s the old saying without your customers you don’t have a business. My doctors office called me and was ready to switch pharmacist . Mr. Johnson did and said what he said, I will try….

After they told me they did not have my medication prescription lied to me. I called 3 times Tracy the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription. Which was giving to me for my baby’s health. Their is no customer service ethic I told Tracy I did not wanted to come this pharmacy in the first place. Tracy does not care for the patients health if anything happens to me I know who to contact I had pains in my abdomen and this pharmacy is abusing their power. They are refusing to give me the medication I need! Because I express myself upset they kept hanging up! Tracy blames it on my line and already has and issue! Tracy I work with patients an Doctors and we can not treat patients that way! Neither the Doctor I work for treats patients in a unprofessional manner! DO NOT COME TO THIS PHARMACY!!

Terrible attitude. They were rude with me because they were entering the wrong code with the insurance company. 3 out of 5 requests for refills they told me were rejected by my insurance. Insurance says they entered the wrong code. They finally refused to talk to me. The same prescription the insurance allegedly did not accept was filled by Pharmcare the same afternoon.
