I highly recommend going to this store! The donuts are always fresh and my man Vinny behind the counter made my day with his positive upbeat personality and that smile. You can tell that he enjoys what he does, cares for the customer, and delivers the highest of customer service. Vinny made me happy and put a little pep in my step.

This is the best glazed donuts in the world. I have been in many parts of the world, Krispy Kreme is absolutely the best. When I saw the HOT sign, I pulled over and it was really fresh as the sign says it all. The service was excellent as well. Other big name donuts shops should not apply to the donuts 🍩 business as Krispy Kreme has no competitors. Please try it if you haven’t already!!!

Went to KC on Sunday afternoon. Welcomed by Noel in the parking lot and very well taken care of by Sam. Both of these men are really making an effort to give a good experience. Thank you.

Bought dozen today and caramel ice coffee. OMG so good! the service excellent and General Manager Lady so very NICE!!

We went through the drive thru. Got fast service! Employee at the window was courteous, friendly and efficient!

Delicious, omg. I was in the Allen area and just stopped in for coffee and a pick me up snack. I ended up bringing some donuts home to my daughter. LoL Donut box was empty by that evening.

Such a convenient location for me. I’ve gotten donuts here on multiple occasions in the morning and almost always, been served fast and efficiently. Even when there was 4 people before me, I’ve been able to get my donuts within 15mins. I’ve tried the order online and pickup also. It was very fast and donuts were very fresh.

I’ve also gotten coffee there once and it’s pretty standard pot coffee. Nothing special but I didn’t expect it to be at the price it was. Floors are sticky every other visit but with the amount of glaze they work with and people eating the donuts and having the sugar fall on the ground, I’m not surprised

They went above and beyond for my daughters school fundraiser. The manager was super nice and great to work with setting everything up!

Best Krispy Kreme all friendly smiles at the counter and super patient. Also got super fresh, light and fluffy glazed donuts to try right there while we choose our dozen. Very happy.

Unless they change the recipe for dough &/or sugar coating the fried delicacy, they get a 5/5 from me. I still dont like the coffee there at all, but I can get other coffee. Couldnt find my pic of me in the silly KK hat so here's me on the jet ski instead... ummm... headed to KK.

Fresh donuts when the red neon light is on. Free sample. Then buy three dozen. On second thought, buy 6 dozen. You will be glad you did. The one in Allen is a drive through only.

Fantastic people and fantastic donuts , I worked there and I tasted all the icing and the dough, coffee, etc..,,,, quality, the quality is first for customer stomach , it’s worth the pay for this concern. Thank you Krispy Kreme when I was low and now Tg I’m above!
