My rental property suddenly and unexpectedly became vacant. I would normally try and rent it myself but in a panic, being it was tax time and the holiday season, I couldn't afford to lose any income. So I reached out to Lisa at LV. She assured me she could have it rented in no time. She came the next day and looked at the house, ran comps, checked available inventory, etc. After her analysis, she made some suggestions on how I could make the house more appealing and marketable to a prospective tenant. She also suggested I should actually ask more than I had previously offered it for. I followed her advice and had 5 showings on the first day. Needless to say, it was rented within days of hitting the market and I didn't lose out on a single months income. I couldn't be more pleased with her level of service, knowledge, and professionalism. I highly recommend her!
