Austin did a fantastic job getting the battery replaced and programmed and my brake fluid flushed in my 2016 BMW 328i today. Got it done quickly and on the schedule I needed. Extremely knowledgeable about everything BMW. Reasonable pricing, too. I highly recommend for work on any BMW!

I've been taking my car to him approximately for 2 years. I'm really satisfied. Working with an experienced mechanic just makes you comfortable. Price?. I don't even need to think about it because his price reasonable. When we had the brakes on our 2008 328i (with 311,000+ miles) checked at Accel Motorwerks, I expected to hear the front and rear brakes needed replacing. But owner Austin told me the truth—they still had a good amount of wear left, and he only recommended a brake flush. For peace of mind, we had them replaced anyway. A few weeks later, without warning, multiple systems malfunctioned simultaneously. We called Austin and he talked us through the possible issues. The car was towed to the shop, and they quickly confirmed a failed alternator. Austin personally advised us on our options and they finished the job fast (and for a good price). Accel Motorwerks has been our BMW repair/service shop of choice for almost eight years now, not just because of the great prices, but mainly because we know Austin cares. His expertise and willingness to help are rivaled only by his honesty. Thank you very much for all you do!

Very honest people. They won’t overcharge you or try to convince you to pay for things you don't need. They also don’t charge for a diagnostic, BMW dealer charges 300$! I will be a loyal customer and that is coming from someone who is not easy to please.

This was my first visit to Accel Motorwerks but they came highly recommended and they lived up to the billing today. The customer service was exceptional and no pressure and fear tactics here like the others I have experienced including dealerships. I took my car in for a used car inspection that I had just bought and came away with a clean slate and even a recommendation that a warranty may not be worth investing in - the funny thing is I believe it completely when its coming from Austin and yes, even for a used BMW! In addition I went through with a state inspection and a brake fluid flush all at a very very reasonable price! I walked in and walked out completely satisfied and very pleased with Austin's laid back and yet confident demeanor. Highly recommended for your BMW needs!

I just love this place. When my warranty expired with the dealership I was so happy to find Accel Motorwerks. Austin is amazing. I just love him. He did a great job on my car. He is very timely, which is very important to me. If you want a good service guy for your BMW this is the place.

After receiving an overpriced estimate from the local dealership I brought my car to Accel Motorwerks. They quickly repaired my car saving me hundreds of dollars. They were extremely polite and professional and the owner, Austin, kept me informed every step of the way. They even gave gave me a ride to and from work. I would highly recommend this shop and will definitely be a long term customer since we own multiple BMW's.

I have never left a review before. However, this place made me to. If you drive BMW, this is the place for you--hands down. I brought my car in the morning, and the repairs to my suspensions and alignment were done the same day. Austin (owner/mechanic) is the most honest, humble, and skillful guy who gives service second to none. He will not charge you for the things that does not need repair/replacement. He even did secondary check for my other parts. And since I live one minute away, he have me courtesy ride too. My friend recommended me here, I am fully satisfied. In the future, this is the only place I will go, and I am going to strongly recommend Austin to my friends who drives bimmer.

This review is well overdue, and well deserved. Austin at Accel Mororwerks not only does exemplary work, but he is fantastic to work with. I had a strange issue with my 2013 X5, and The dealership wanted to charge me a crazy diagnostic fee (Austin didn't charge to diagnose) even though they had an idea of what it was causing the problem. The ballpark estimate that I received from the dealership was more than 2x the price that Austin quoted me for the same work, AND he was great to work with.

I would recommend Austin at Accel Motorwerks to anyone needing work done on their BMW!

If you have any problem do not hesitate to take your BMW to this place. Austin shows me honesty. He is thinking your wallet more than you. He is giving you reasonable price about your car. Lots of BMW owners have hopeless idea about fixing their cars problem, however Austin releases your mind about it. I will definitely work with him and I highly recommend you to work with him. Amazing experience with this shop. Needed a new battery for my 2011 328i and Austin got me in and out in under 45 mins, changed a brake light for no added charge that I didn't know was out. Took the time out to check out another issue that I inquired about and gave me his expert advice on how to proceed. Went out of the way to take care of me, and the price was the lowest around. Won't hesitate to go back or recommend.

About a year and a half ago I almost sold my 2005 BMW as a dealer quoted me a repair bill that was easily double the value of my car. Well I gave it one last shot to save my car and took it to Accel where I met Austin the owner. He quickly diagnosed the real problem and fixed a problem the dealership made (they actually forgot 2 of 4 washers in the engine). He had me out the door with a VERY reasonable bill and my car continues to run great. I've had it back to him two other times for repairs and always quick and reasonable. I wasn't going to get another BMW after this one, but with Accel, I feel I'll get another as Austin and his team are so good at what they do.

I found this place based on the near-perfect rating on Google. Duy fixed the idling issue on my 2000 Z3 along with a couple other issues that I already knew. Their quote is very reasonable and they recommend exactly what is needed and what can wait. Austin took customer service to the next level and actually checked back with me 4 days later on how my car is doing. They are always busy though, meaning many other BMW owners take their cars here.

Another great experience at this amazing shop! I had a freak issue with my electrical system on my 2011 BMW 328i after I replaced the HID headlight, and Austin informed me that my problem was covered under a extended warranty that was recently renewed for 10 years or 150K miles! Most shops would have charged me for the repair.

This is a very fair and reasonably priced shop that I highly recommend to all BMW owners!

I contacted Austin Ensley the owner at Accel Motorwerks at the direction of a close friend. I was told that I could get the same service as I could at Classic BMW, but with a more personal touch. I was greeted by the owner at Accel Motorwerks and was surprised at how knowledgeable and detailed oriented Austin was. The brakes and oil change on my 2014 BMW 335i would have cost me nearly 900 dollars and change at the dealership, but I had the same work done with the same parts the dealership uses and it cost me hundreds cheaper. I'll be back!

Austin is great at what he does. There is a reason why he is a specialist in BMW's. He knows them front and back. He usually knows the solution to the problem before even looking at your car. Hes pretty much the dealership at a reduced rate. I would recommend him to anyone that has a BMW and is looking for a great and honest mechanic.
