Fast Break #10

I stop in to get coffee for my Grandfather regularly. Laura provides the best customer service in town. She is always so welcoming and kind. I watch her go above and beyond for every customer that comes through the door. She also takes the time to assist my elderly Grandfather when he goes to the store. My family and I can not thank her enough for being so sweet to him and us. It is because of Laura that I will continue to go to the Spirit store. I hope that management is aware of the jewel they have in staff!

Very impressed with this gas station! It has a great selection, clean bathrooms, and smells amazing! Binod, the owner, is very friendly!

Laura is the best! She is so nice, and always helps us when we go in.😀

I would give the 5 stars if i was grading on just one person however because I have been going to this store for several years I know that there are some issues with in the rolls. I work just up the road so with this store being on my way into work I stop every morning and sometimes in the afternoons during lunch. I love Laura and if I were grading the store on her performance solely this would be a 5 star choice. She has great customer service, she is personable, smiles, talks and is kind in her words. Her laugh is contagious and her smile is even more contagious. However I am going to talk about the issues because if you go in on Fridays or in the afternoon you get complete opposite feel. I don't feel welcomed, I don't feel like m business is important enough to be in the store. The manager is a dick (sorry I had a harsher word for him but won't use it). He is rude, he doesn't greet the customer with warm welcome, he rarely greets them at all. When I checked out he was more interested in his receipts then he was looking at me in my face. At first I thought he had an issue with me but the person behind me got ignored for at least a minute while he continued to look at his receipts. He has no customer service skills and has failed as a manager, a manager leads by example and its no wonder the girl on Friday has a me, myself and I attitude. At least with her she says good morning. As a manager of a facility I would expect more personality and better customer service. I buy 50-60 dollars of stuff weekly from this store you need more people like Laura and less people like your manager on staff. I expect to not here anything regarding these issues and am sure there will be little change but I will go to a new store if things don't change with this one.

Everyday I make a daily stop to this store. I always look forward to seeing Laura the cashier she is always so happy and knows how to make my day. Today was one of the worst experience I've had here. As I was waiting in line the manger thought it would be ok to degrade the cashier in front of us.When I say this he was yelling at her and belittled her. I have always had great experiences with Laura and I would really hate to see them lose such a wonderful worker due to this tyrant. This is not the first time i have seen this manger act like this, his customer service sucks that's why I try to avoid going in there when he's around. If I no longer see laura working I will no longer be a customer of this place. To the manger you should really learn how To talk to your employees and learn to have a better attitude you are not better than anyone else.

My experiences at this store have been good but very bad also. The two women that work there are fantastic!! Its the manager and his little sidekick. They have been nothing but rude to me. One customer even told me that when she tried to talk to the man (and I use that term with some hesitation) she was told that he was just like President Trump, Im in this business to make money screw the rest of you, he used a harsher word than screwed but I wont write it in this review. So to sum it up, If you can avoid this place do so, if not be ready for this mans abusive and negative attitude. Sincerely a very disappointed former customer. PS I have also heard there may be some sexual harassment going on.

I sent my daughter to get milk and it was 2 days expired. Today it the 19th. It had Jan17th. Rude! Then I went back to get another one all of the other 2% gallons were expired.

Screw this place don't come the staff is very rude don't waste your time
