She stayed in touch with us constantly and used businesses that were trustworthy on the closing of the property. I highly recommend Charon with finding your future home/business property.

ABSOLUTE professionals!!! Have and will use Charon Marshall as my agent again!

I am in the process of going through the Texas Realtor Licensing department for retaliation against me for writing this review. I had hired Charon Marshall and Gulf Coast Realtors to sell or rent a property I had and she was unable to get it rented in months so I hired a Remax office that rented it out in a few weeks time.

I told Charon that I was getting a different Realtor as she was not a very good realtor and asked her why I should keep using here and she said since I was not going to use her anymore she wasn't going to tell me anything. So I told her I would voice my complaint on the review and if she ever wanted to talk about it to let me know. She said she didn't care.

Now her and another Realtor from same office had moved in next door and across the street and started calling the police on me collaborating with each other as a separate household and Charon Marshall started undoing my fence from hers and calling the dog pound and throwing trash over fence onto m yard and many other things. After I chatted with their commanders and higher ups and explained about this being from writing a bad review they stopped playing their games.

Well Charon wants to keep the harassment going over a year and a half and have started to sue but was told by attorney that what they were doing was illegal so now the law enforcement is looking into this and also the Texas Licencing Realtor board is investigating them. They seem to agree that a customer cold write a bad review without harming that person. Sure they could dispute it or sue me but they would lose and know it.

This office is lazy and inept and are to be used for listing purposes only but with reduced commission only. They as a office are horrible and the laziest inept realty office and especially Charon Marshall. I promise to update this review as we go along. I am starting more actions this week against this laughable realtor and realty office.

Oh and several of the good reviews appeared after my bad one and 2 were from realtors from same office (Gulf Coast Realtors) or another realtor from another office. Smh

I am going to attach the letter from the state licensing board accepting the complaints I stated earlier. I strongly suggest others to do so who have complaints and if any need help on how to do so contact me and I will be glad to show how to do so effectively.

BEWARE!!! This company does not even deserve 1 star!!! They have shady business practices and their realtors do not follow Texas real estate laws. They don't even look at the homes they are going to put you in. We were shown a home that was full of mold and asked if it had been flooded and was told NO by the agent AND the owner. The neighbors told us it had definitely been flooded! The owner still has $680 of our money!! We had to find another home for lease the next day and they would not return our money!!!! It took 5 days and we still dont have it all back. Look out for agent Charon Marshall and owner Mike Boone!!! BEWARE!!!!
