On March 14, 2024, at approximately 1:15 p.m., we received exceptional customer service from a courteous young man while purchasing a television. Regrettably, I did not obtain his name.

Totally surprised with the last two visits to Bestbuy. After I bought my phone from Apple; I took it to Bestbuy and asked Geeksquad to put the best protections on it so that I wouldn’t break a screen. … twice- i have dropped my phone - and the protector has broken but not the screen- the protector has a lifetime guarantee. Twice- the geeksquad has pulled the protector and replaced it under warranty- no questions asked other than phone number to log the transaction. I’m quite likely to buy the protections for every phone going forward, if not the devices also from BestBuy simply for how great these last two interactions have been. Well done BestBuy.

This summer I ordered a 65" Samsung Frame TV and had it shipped to the Lake Jackson store. When I picked it up, I noticed a Will Call ticket on the outside with someone else's name and a different store location. The box appeared intact, so I accepted it. Due primarily to my laziness, about two months passed before I got around to trying to mount it to my wall. I got the brackets attached, but when I went to hang the TV, it didn't line up with the brackets. I struggled to figure out what I had done wrong only to realize IT WASN'T A FRAME TV IN THE BOX! It was some other model of Samsung TV. I don't know how this happened, but I was way outside of the return window. So I went back to the store just sure that I would have to buy a second $1700.00 TV. But I showed the odd Will Call tag to the store manager, and she determined that I was the victim of some sort of scam or mistake. She accepted my return and ordered a new TV for me at no additional charge. I'm extraordinarily pleased with the personal customer service.

I have always had good experiences at this location but today Brandon and the crew really were amazing! Thank you to everyone who helped me and my husband figure out what laptop was going to be the best for me doing photography. The experience and knowledge were off the charts and beyond appreciated. They didn’t even get aggravated answering our many many questions to help us understand everything. I wish I could remember everyone’s name that helped us but thank you so much to Brandon and the young ladies that helped us you all were amazing!

The Geek Squad provided great service helping me copy my data and software to a new phone. They were professional and friendly.

Had to do a return with the geek squad. Worked out well. Except, they didn't have what I wanted and I had to go to Pearland to get it. Overall, service was good, and employees were helpful and knowledgeable.

My central air went out, and I had to buy window units. I went to four stores. Home depot, Walmart, lowes and best buy. Best buy beat all the others stores in prices and in having them in stocks not just available for shipping. Thank you for helping me be comfortable in my home.

When I took my computer in for repairs, Geek Squad was SUPER busy. we waited for a few minutes and then were called up. we were frustrated at the wait time, BUT our frustration was erased when Brandon (new favorite employee) walked over and helped us with our computer issues. He was super knowledgeable and knew right away what was wrong. He even showed me the charts and statistics for the RAM, disk, etc. and showed me how abnormal it was. He then took it straight back to his work bench and immediately started working on it. The next afternoon he said it was ready. My computer case had some damage before I brought it to them, including a broken CD cover, and the charging port being loose. Brandon went above and beyond what he needed to do by fixing these problems free of charge. Overall, he was professional, friendly, and the model agent for Geek Squad. We need more workers like him!

My son bought a new desktop computer and the young man who assisted him was so helpful. Answered all my sons questions and helped him load the car. Definitely a positive experience for him.

My Dell 2-in-1 Inspirion computer suddenly would not power up this afternoon and after trying all the recommendations on Dell's website, I decided to take it to the Geek Squad. The online appointment process was easy and the tech was ready for me. He verified there wasn't a simple fix and explained that he would be glad to send it in for higher level analysis but that would cost $85 plus additional charges for whatever it took to repair it. He said I might be able to get Dell to fix it for free so I'm going to try that. All in all, a very pleasant experience so far. If I find Dell is going to charge too much, I'll just come back to Best Buy.

We got a great deal on our TV and surround sound system. The team member was very knowledgeable and friendly. They showed up on time as scheduled for installation. Very happy. We also purchased our refrigerator. We shopped prices and found and even better deal when we came in-store.
