AT&T Store

I came to the team at that store with a complex problem with my business account. Mark M. Stayed with me through the entire process, until past closing time, to ensure my account was handled correctly. He kept me very informed and reassured throughout my visit that I would get the issues with the account corrected. I am thrilled with the service I received from Mark.

Great team here! Mariah, Mohamed and Enrique are amazing. I came in due to some issues with phone calls. Everyone worked together to resolve the issue. I appreciate the team and their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. Superb customer service!

I love how friendly this store is every employee in here specially Brandon and Kate and the manager zubair who offer me cold water the whole store is amazing very clean and organized the one from Rosenberg was very rude this is my new store to come !! They have the knowledge and know what they are doing .. thank you Brandon I had a prepaid account for years and they offer me a better deal with new iPhones on postpaid ..

This was my first time visiting this store and I’ve been a customer for many years with AT&T, and I’ve never had such great customer service before until I came here. I was greeted at the door and was assisted by amazing staff. The manager was super knowledgeable about all the products. Ulysses and Mariah explained our expected first bill. I would 100% recommend this store.

Was at the AT&T store today to get a sim card but we ended up getting a phone too. The manager Mariah was very helpful, she went above and beyond to help my grandma out with all her questions, she was super nice to her and I am grateful for that.

There truly used to be a time that customers were treated like they matter, because the employees and management appreciated the people that brought them business.

While many places these days fall very short of that, this AT&T store stands out. Mariah and her team are awesome! Mariah is the store manager at this location and she went out of her way, more than one day, to do all that she could to make my experience right. I was at the store long enough one day to watch her go to another store to get a device for another customer - in the rain! The level of above and beyond that she went to is what my grandpa used to call "Service with a Smile"

As a previous manager in retail and in my capacity in the legal field today, I can recognize an amazing leader that cares. I'm sure Mariah does not get the praise or appreciation she deserves, but absolutely wish her the best in her career endeavors. Thank you so much for your time and help!

Came in due to some issues with connecting an iwatch i purchased from BestBuy. The ATT employees were Very helpful and took care of all my issues. I even ended up getting another watch while i was there.

The new store manager, Mariah, was so helpful selecting a new phone and getting me set up with her knowledge about at&t. Definitely recommend coming to this location if you would personable solutions. I will recommend everyone to come here.

Wael and team were great! They assisted us with an upgrade and transferred all of our data. The customer service is outstanding and we will continue to go to them for our phone needs.

I live out of state and my mom still lives there in Richmond. She is not very tech savvy and has never had an iPhone. I called and spoke with Robert Carroll, the Store Manager, to let him know what she needed done. He assured me that him and the staff could take care of it and he offered to take the time to teach her how to use the phone. Between Robert and Anthony Taylor they were able to swap her old android phone out for the iPhone 6S I sent to her. I greatly appreciate the fact that he kept me in the loop and called me to make sure everything I requested was completed before she left the store. Robert is an excellent manager and it truly shows that he cares about his customers and will take the time to make sure they taken care of properly.

There are no words to describe how happy 😃 I am with the customer service at this location! I purchased a new iPhone and was impressed at the knowledge of Anthony, Wael, and Jessica! They all gave me special attention and for a 59 year old challenged technology individual, it was very much appreciated!!! I will definitely refer friends and family to this location!

I love Mariah had an issue with another location and she simply was great ! Very knowledgeable and courteous . Would recommend coming here just for her .

I went into the store frustrated about my previous carrier. I was approached by Wesley and he immediately calmed and assured me that he could help. He provided me with information that helped me to make my decision to switch to AT&T. This store is one of the best stores I've been to in a long time! Whatever At&t did , they are doing well! The store is well maintained and better than some out there. Nick was fantastic, he helped me setup my phone and did not lose any of my data like some other places. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and effectively. Glad i came to this store, going to keep going to them for any more questions

I received outstanding service from Wael. He helped me set up and figure out my new iPhone and guided me to the best products for it. Otherwise I would have been lost and frustrated. I will return to this store whenever I need help with a phone.

I was having issues with my iPhone and Wael helped me get a new one with no issues. He also transfer all my data from my old iPhone in 20 minutes I did not expect this level of service. It surprised and I recommend it to all my friends and current AT&T customers.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Came in to get some help removing and replacing my broken glass protective screen and they happily did it for me. Great customer service!
