We are Melissa’s marathon clients! It all started with us wanting to build a house in the middle of a pandemic (brilliant, right?). The first miracle was she got us in the door for a brand new construction phase. It took approximately 17 months start to finish because of all the supply chain nonsense, and Melissa stuck with us the whole time. Later when we were finally able to list our old home, she helped us get everything ready and did a smash up job on the marketing aspect. The video and photos were absolutely impressive.
