Great experience during an unexpected emergency. I was in desperate need to replace a refrigerator. I stopped in and was greeted by Evans and he lead me to where I should look, there was no pressure but he was there if I needed him. Returned on Saturday to make my final decision and it was quick, painless and easy he was sooo helpful I really appreciated his assistance.

The folks at American Freight have been great, especially Angie! She made a very stressful situation stress-free and I am super grateful. I bought a washer and dryer from here and very glad that I did!!

Evans was so helpful. We spoke over the phone a couple of times before I went to the store. He even held the dryer for me, since I had to drive a couple of hours to pick it up. Evans showed me all the flaws, because it was an open box in fair condition. He wanted to make sure I was good with it.

Evans was on point and helped us get the bedroom set we needed. He also helped us find someone to pick up and deliver the set to us the next day as their delivery schedule was booked for a week. Very professional and an overall great experience except for payment options which wasn't his fault. Zero stars to corporate for having outdated software for sales, payments and inventory control!
