The service I received was outstanding, and I must highlight the exceptional customer service provided by their friendly service representative. Despite being a new employee, he displayed an impressive level of knowledge, attentiveness, and professionalism. He not only answered all my questions but went above and beyond to ensure my experience was positive.

I wanted to let you know how impressed my wife and I have been by the exceptional service provided by the team at the Wylie location, particularly James and Nate. Our car repair journey started back in October 21st when our truck mysteriously would not start. After nearly a week, we got the vehicle transferred to Integrity 1st as a recommended Repair Pal service provider. They were quick to diagnose the bad news… our truck needed a new engine! James and Nate worked tirelessly over the next month or so going back and forth on our behalf with the warranty provider. This was after being denied coverage. Nate spent hours on the phone to fight for us and ultimately they found that the engine was indeed covered under the terms of the warranty! James also assisted Nate by going by our own oil change place to gather up records required. The two of them went above and beyond to make sure these Customers were taken care of. Finally, on January 19, nearly 3 months later, we finally got our truck back and we are grateful to James, Nate, and Jose (the mechanic technician) for making it happen. While it was a long wait, Nate and James went out of their way to keep us informed the entire process. Their professionalism and service-with-a-smile attitude is unmatched. By far the best experience of customer service by a car repair company!

Just an oil change, but it was completed quickly and with care. They also did a thorough check on the rest of the car and provided a printout of what needed attention and the estimated cost. They did not try to push me into upsales like some others. The office was clean, quiet and the service advisors are friendly and professional. I am not a female, but I know that my wife is nervous to go to auto service providers, but I would tell her that this provider is a safe and comfortable place for women.

I am new to Wylie area recently moved from Mississippi and I can say my experience here was top notch. Everyone is friendly, professional, and they provided excellent efficient service. I can honestly say my family and I will be bringing our vehicles here from now and on! Big shout out to Mr James!

Recommended highly, we decided to take in the car for a few things. BEST decision ever! James was very professional, answered every question and helped us understand the areas we were clueless. Our time was valued and we were given updates along the way. Upon leaving, we noticed a Thank You card from our tech..that was an awesome touch! This was a hassle free, positive experience. He personally reached out to my vehicle warranty to see what they would cover and when the sad news was brought to my attention James explained and also gave me tips for future vehicle purchases. Was referred to Integrity by my father-in-law who had used them in the past and am so happy I came here. Needed to replace my spark plugs and a faulty ignition coil. From the moment I walked in the stress of getting my car fixed was lifted off my shoulders. Nate helped walk me through all my options in a way that I could understand. Came the very next day for a full diagnosis where all the problems were laid out for me from major to minor. Came two days later and got all the parts needed installed and fixed. Also gave me ways to get major discounts which was much appreciated! I would recommend Integrity 1st to anyone who needs some work done on their vehicle! Seriously the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while! Superb hospitality (surprising from an auto-mechanic right!), they ordered me an Uber ride home and also called a tow truck for me! Nate is amazing. God bless

I’m really impressed with this place. Most importantly, they make a significant effort to keep me in the loop with the care of my care. I’m immediately notified and consulted if anything comes up or changes during an oil change or inspection. Prices are reasonable and transparent, and the people are kind and respectful. There is also a play area and massage chair in addition to the lobby while you wait. It’s a real life saver if you have small children!

Super friendly and honest, glad I chose this place over the others we looked at. They had our car in and out within 2 days and provided Uber rides for pick up, drive home, and even so I could get home from work. Great discount with the membership they offer as well as monthly payment options

I can’t thank this business enough. While my own dealership (KIA) tried to rip me off. Integrity was able to get me in as a last minute and get my car in a tip top shape in less than 24 hours. They actually work with integrity and value their customers. They won my business as long as I live in Texas!!!

This place provides friendly service in a nice atmosphere. It didn’t have the nasty, grungy garage look or feel. The staff is very nice and it was so easy to make an appointment. When my daughter missed her appointment, she was still able to walk right in.

This place is great! I had to get an alignment and the price was right. In addition to the alignment they did a full check on the vehicle. Charge up time right?? Nope! They said the vehicle was in great condition and would recommend a thing. An honest mechanics shop for sure.

I have used them for over 2 years. As a single female, I get taken advantage of at places where men work. Here, just like their name, they are fair, honest, and reliable. My top three requirements to be in business with. If you need a car home from maintenance to huge repairs, this is the place I recommend.

Friendly faces, accommodating, professional and knowledgeable mechanics who stop at nothing to get you the best price and service. They even offer to uber you to work or elsewhere so that your day isn't interrupted!!! Nate walked me through the whole process and made me comfortable with everything they needed to do.
