Couldn’t even make it to my car before pulling my phone out to write a review! What kind people they have working there. Came in super later unintentionally but I was so close to one and haven’t been in years. Got in 3 minutes before close along with 2 other groups and the team was SO KIND AND SWEET! Thank you for uplifting my spirits with such positive energy.

Great service. On a busy weekend everyone serving at the counter had welcoming smiles and got the orders right.
Great choices in terms of ice creams but also ice cream cakes.
Prices are comparable. Quality is good.
Place is well maintained, nice and clean.
Plenty of parking.
Love the cheese cake fantasy ice cream in a cone. The small portion are just right enough to satisfy the craving.
You got to try it.

Nobody was smiling. At all. I mean, omg, IT IS ICE CREAM. EVERYONE should be smiling. A smile enhances almost everything, and it is FREE to offer.

Ice cream was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed well trained and good at what they did. The store was well kept and behind the counter seemed very clean. Just, smile. It's what Ice cream does to people.

One of the best customer service one could have is here with Cold Stone.
We just barely made it by 9:56 Pm as they were closing and we were craving for this sweetness and the girls over there happily accepted us and said yes sure we could do get you whatever you like from the menu.
Honestly I was pleased and humbled by the servers. Really great flavour and full of sweetness with rich cream in every spoon and bite. For sure will see you again before close timings. ❤🙏❤

Updated 1 month later- the owner was so kind, he definitely made up for the horrible service and I’ve gone back several times since with no issues and will continue going back. Thanks Woody. You and your son are awesome.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I spent almost $8 on the smallest scoop of ice cream I’ve ever gotten. This is my second time visiting this ice cream place and first time at the Pearland location. The Conroe location gave me love which is why I returned. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THE PEARLAND LOCATION!! I even told the girl that the scoop was very small and she just looked at me. Hello?? Geez. I want a refund or another scoop of ice cream. I could’ve bought 2 gallons of ice cream for the price of this half scoop. It must be rectified. I called and asked for a manager of which I was told there wasn’t one there but I will be calling tomorrow about this disservice.

Store hours posted say closing time is 10pm; online says 9:30. I arrived at 9:15pm and the doors were already locked with the keys still in them and neither of the two employees acknowledged my presence.

Update: Stars adjusted from 1 to 5. I was immediately contacted by the manager the following day. He listened to my concern and expressed sincere apologies. He was understanding, polite, professional and courteous. I appreciate his attention to this matter and fast action to rectify the situation. Customer service is rare these days and I applaud this gentleman. For privacy reasons I will withhold his name but he has restored my willingness to patronize this business. Thank you!

One of the only CSCs left in Houston area. Learned that I was not the only person who had visited with the idea to stock up a favorite flavor, that others bring a cooler. My favorite is their (yellow!) cake batter w/ 'extra extra' rainbow sprinkles . Next time, I will bring a cooler, too! Sure wish the Stafford and Sugar Land locations had not been closed as Pearland is somewhat far to "go get ice cream"!

I drive from Texas City for their Oh Fudge! shake every few years. I love Cold Stone Creamery and wish we still had one closer!

Really friendly staff. They will accommodate any ice cream flavor to your liking! Even the pickiest of palates. The portions are HUGE. Next time, I'm going small. I recommend cookies and cream, and mint chocolate chip with waffle cup.

I can not remember his name, but he looked like the only guy there tonight at about 7:40. He was great. He was calm (i talk fast, not on purpose) and asked for clarification so he could make my ice cream just the way I wanted. I could list so many things he did great, but those were the most important to me. I even tipped.

Cold Stone will forever have the best ice cream!! Cake batter is my all time favorite. If you’re a tourist & you’re debating on which ice cream to try, look no further. 10/10!

Let me tell you something: the two employees that worked last week Tuesday were so good... Not sure how to put my experience in words. If there is a service checklist for all the right things to do when taking care of customers - even in busy circumstances - they get a check in every box. They didn't you feel rushed, acknowledged every customer and were patience, and much more. I will definitely visit again!

This location is still open for a reason. I love the mudpie mojo. My coffee ladden ice cream. It is a family friendly place as well. The customer service is great. I went back there for the snickerdoole cookie ice-cream that is seasonal. I wish they had it all year round.

Very kind staff and wonderful ice cream! It was a great visit. I got my favorite ice cream but forgot my favorite part... white chocolate chips! That kind man behind the counter gave me a little cup of them at no extra charge.
