Best pharmacy I’ve ever been too!! Everyone that works there are really great people. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!!

Absolutely best place to be as a customer! Extremely friendly as a matter of fact I called them to ask a favor as I work in a different town/county. The favor i asked was "Can i please ask you all to stay open just a few more minutes I'm almost there". They were kind enough to agree and I got there and they stayed just like they said. Please show these guys some love they have a wonderful gift shop and the friendliest, knowledgeable staff I have ever been served by. Thank you Roan Mountain Pharmacy for all your help and kindness!

I absolutely love this place! The couple that runs and owns the Pharmacy are the sweetest most laid-back people you’ll ever meet. I love the knickknacks in the store you can find everything from candle wax to nail files. The pricing is very fair and affordable. I would recommend this pharmacy to anybody wanting a connection with people who care.

This Pharmacy is so awesome they go out of their way to help you and such nice people,nice family,very clean,very organized and they sell such unique items you can find no where else and with great prices!

This Pharmacy has been so wonderful! The staff/pharmacist are very friendly, very helpful and they would do anything to keep a respectful and home-like environment. Ive never had any issues here and they have the cutest gift shop! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

On this trip this is not the Bakersville location this is the one in Roan Mountain, Tn. The other pharmacy is still the same name but different states. The other one is called Roan Mountain Pharmacy of Bakersville it is in North Carolina, but have been to both of these pharmacies actually not that far from each other, but I honestly can say I have never been to a pharmacy where the staff actually give a toot, they are very professional, very friendly, they dont stub their nose at you because of the medicine you are prescribed. They are very knowledgeable. And you couldn't get any nicer people, now thats wat i call some of that good ole mountain hospitality! They carry a great selection of over the counter meds and they got some great souvenirs and nik naks.

Great pharmacy. Amy, Sidney and Kathy& gals, are the best & friendliest girls..😀 Our family has done business with them for over 30 years and I love their jewelry, gifts & etc.. always greet with a smile & good conversation.. highly recommend roan mountain pharmacy... 😉👏

There's not enough Terabytes for me to express the gratitude I have for this Pharmacy and Pharmacist!!

I had to work 3hrs away and was expecting a Teledoc appt @ 4:20pm and the pharmacist Jordan Baker was kind enough to not only go out of his way to see that I was able to get my MAT meds, He waited over 2 hrs for Quick.MD to send e-script!!
WHICH THEY DIDN'T!!

I just want to say if your on MAT meds and your going to 1 of these big companies you will not get this kind of service.

If your in Active Addiction and want out, Teledoc is an option ( DO NOT USE QUICK.MD) but give this place a shot!
Don't go help CVS,WALMART, WALGREENS who don't even like people like us!!

Friendly, fast service. Got cute gifts as well. Can find anything from Bibles, shirts, jewelry and household decoration. I moved all my prescriptions from a large chain pharmacy to Roan Mountain Pharmacy! Just better, friendlier service!

Great small town pharmacy!

Roan Mountain is a home town pharmacy, with very friendly and helpful staff. You can sign up for automatic refills on medications you take on a regular basis, like high blood pressure meds. There is a photo machine to develop your digital photos, and it's a great place to pick up charming decor for your home or for gifts. It also smells great. And I love that it is in the same location since 1898!

Jordan is legit the best!!!! He actually cares about the people coming to him !! I highly highly recommend!!!!

When I couldn't get help anywhere else even to a place I've been going for over 30+ years, This wonderful life saving place helped me out and has been nothing but respectful and kind to me and their dedication is obviously elite. Thank you again to these amazing pharmacists and staff!

This pharmacy is hands down the best one i have ever been to it was my first time going there and thr pharmacist came out and talked to me himself. I was worried i would not be able to get my meds because of the price wothout me asking or saying much he went in and used every savings card he could to get a way better deal for me they abeaolutely treat you like family if i could only reccomend one place to go this would be that one place they are terrific
