Milton is great at his job. He was very knowledgeable and helpful through the full process. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because of his customer service and experience. Great prices and great service

Milton was awesome! We are moving to the area, and needed to find a storage today. Checked out another big Red storage place in the area first, but they were closed till 1:30 yet only open till 1 on Saturday's :( Anywho, popped into Extra Space Storage, and Milton was out on the property but sign on door said shoot us a text. He was at the door seconds later to help with a friendly smile. Very knowledgeable and super nice. Got what we needed for a great price!

Melenny and Milten are competent, polite, friendly but with a sense of urgency to keep you moving. They help me find great unit without feeling tricked in to spending more. I really wish I could find their level of customer service everywhere I shop. I would recommend this facility and return my business for sure. Great job guys thank you.

After a bad experience at another storage facility, I tried Extra Space. I could tell right away that this company was there to provide service at a fair price. The unit was clean and convenient. The one day that I found myself locked out of my unit, the attendant came to open it for me and explained that I had locked the slider open. They had placed another lock on the door to protect my stuff for me.
I will recommend Extra Storage to everyone.

Milton went out of his way to give fantastic customer service. A couch in my storage unit had settled against the door in a way that made it where I couldn't open it. Milton problem solved, trying several methods to get the door open until he was finally successful. I was relieved to be able to access my unit again. My experience has been positive overall as well. I have a climate controlled unit and the keep the place clean and secure. I would highly recommend this place--especially under current management.

I like how the gates are nice and wide, plenty of space to park vehicles, no tight turns or ally ways between buildings. Very easy to access with trailers, etc... the doors and hallways are also wide, so moving furniture and appliances is way easier than some of the other storages I have been to and seen. 5 stars from me!!!
