Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park

This is our 3rd winter here. We absolutely love it. The rooms are great, I love the fireplace, the staff is super friendly and very attentive to your needs. We love walking here with our shih-poo the views are spectacular and it's conveniently located to so many restaurants and activities. We received daily messages about activities around the resort. They seem to have quite a few every day.

A lovely mini vacation with the girls in the mountains. Absolutely loved the in-ground heated pool and the hot tub next to it. The water park was nice and also had a heated section that led outside. Unfortunately, it was cold and rainy for most of that weekend. So the zip line was not open and we didn't have time for the mini golf. Otherwise, it was an amazing getaway! We will definitely be staying again soon.

Great place for timeshares. They have 3 heated pools, fireplace, mini golf, zipline. Very sweet people, they were very attentive. Gave us extra pillows and blanket. The rooms were like air bnbs. They had silverware, plates, sink, stove, microwave, a dishwasher, washer & dryers too! I had my hammocks hung up on the patio area. So sad I didn't get to see any bears on our trip 🥲 but everything else was great.

This is a timeshare. If you are not an owner and don't want the sales pitch don't come here. That said, I own here and love everything about it, from the rooms to the staff to the location to daily events the family can do. This is a first class place.

This is a beautiful resort up in the mountains. You can look down and see the city of Gatlinburg.
This place is total luxury, clean, beautiful rooms. They have everything you need, very kid friendly with pools, ziplines, waterpark, golf, hot tub, they have everything you need, total luxury.

Wonderful locale...lots to do and close proximity to both Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville is the icing on the cake. Beautiful resort with an attentive and helpful staff makes for a relaxing vacation.

We absolutely love it here. Great views, rooms are clean and comfy. Just a wonderful place to be at while on vacation in the smokys.

Great resort! The water park was perfect for the kids. Can’t really find anything I don’t like about it.

What more can I say about this place other than ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Great vibes, a ton of things to do, and very modern beautiful rooms.

I think owners should get something with a view not look at another building if you want more ownership you should look were you put other owners. When they asked for something they should try to take care of them

Love Westgate resort!! Everyone is so friendly all through out the resort. The only negative I have is that We just bought our timeshare back last May and finally went for our Owners weekend 3 night 4 day. Thought we were gonna learn how better to use it, more about the resort etc. We did learn a little about the interval side!!! But didn't know we were gonna get hit with a hard pitch sales gimmick to upgrade something we haven't even used yet!! Said our paperwork was wrong someone made a mistake on our original. Trying to get us to pay more and upgrade!!! That put a kinda sour taste on it for me!! But to end on a good note the resort it self is amazing!!!

This was a very memorable experience for my girls and I. The rooms are beautiful with fully equipped kitchens and big tvs. They have fireplaces in the living room with spacious bathrooms. The shuttle bus came around every 15 minutes, making it easy to maneuver around the resort. They have heated pools and hottubs, as well as mini golf. The views were amazing.

Absolute BEST resort in Gatlinburg, and in the Westgate family of timeshares. Owner of 5+ years that started in Orlando and traded into here... BEST decision we could have made. From our concierge Jake (first Kyle who is now GM), to the security, housekeeping, and maintenance, everyone is top notch!

The peace and tranquility of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park at the footsteps of the resort. You can't ask for anything more. You are going to have the best time of your life at this place. So much to do, so much to see and the experience you all will share for a lifetime.

Love this place! Come here at least 2 weeks a year and will be coming more! You don't have to leave the resort if you don't want to. They have everything you need on site. Multiple pools, indoor waterpark with a grill upstairs if ya get hungry, a restaurant with awesome food, convenience store, liquor store, zip line, mini golf, pool with tiki bar and live music at times. The condos go way up the mountain with pools and activities all the way up! Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful.

We have never met such nice people in our lives. Professional courteous eager to help, whenever they can. The place was beautiful we had a great time. Would definitely like to stay again and again.

My favorite place to vacation. I miss the mid-week cleaning, but it is understandable with the staff shortage. The new restaurant was awesome. Food and service was excellent. With the increase in people, we need more amenities. Another pool, movie theater, 9 more holes of Putt Putt, more fire pits, additional transportation up and down the mountain.
