New Balance Factory Store San Marcos

Walked in simply inquiring about some 9060’s and unfortunately they were out of stock. However Niko was incredibly helpful, offered to have them shipped to me. AND helped me pick out some shirts I wasn’t even planning on getting, to go with the new purple 9060 I ordered. 11/10 would refer anyone I know to Mr.Niko.

Brie! My goodness, this girlie was so very helpful in every way imaginable. The minute we walked into that store she knew so much about the NB shoe products. Her knowledge, her friendliness, her Emma Stone smile lol, just her as an individual made our visit very welcoming. Because of her and her honesty, we came back that same day to buy another set of shoes for our family. As Nike/Adidas owners, she really made us attracted to the New Balance products. Thank you Brie for being you and making that New Balance location a welcoming place to shop at.

New Balance shoe store at San Marcos outlet, TX is arguably one of the best athletic shoes store that I’ve seen in the few years. The sale’s team is very enthusiastic and experienced. It creates an inviting and a delightful atmosphere which put the customers at ease. For anyone who enjoyed physical exercise, particularly power walking, jogging or is a “comfy athletic shoe devotee,” the New Balance store at Premier outlet in San Marcos, Texas is simply the best.

Every three months, when I go there for my athletic outfits shopping, I am enormously impressed by a salesperson, named Dawson. He is patient, courteous and meticulous. His unparalleled attention to details and work ethic readily permeates his team members.
He is the one who selected the “Moor” shoe style for me. So far, I have bought two pairs of them, they are both very comfortable. They are hands down the most awesome athletic shoes I have ever worn.

I strongly recommend “Dawson” as a salesperson to anybody who needs athletic footwear selection. Believe me, you won’t regret it, you will leave the store with a huge and a bright smile.

I went to the store looking for shoes and had a great experience! Ari quickly saw me trying to figure out what pair of shoes to get and she gave me her honest opinions. I told her what I was looking for in a shoe and she went and got ones she thought would be good and brought them to me. I didn’t find what I wanted in the store so I told her I would try to order some on Amazon and she told me we can order them for you and ship them to your house and it will be cheaper. That is what I ended up doing and I’m so happy I took that advice. If you need help finding shoes I would recommend going here.

Had a phenomenal experience with the store. Will, was particularly helpful and enthusiastic. The dude made sure we had every bit of information possible to make a decision! My girlfriend and I left with 4 pairs and will be coming back soon.

This new balance store has the best customer services. I purchased a pair of shoes from them, I realized the discomforts after wearing for a day due to the narrow of the shoes, but I was already out of town. I called the store to ask about the situation. They are more than happy to give a refund or exchange a wide one for me.

It did not take more than a week for the process to complete. They do not have it in stock so they shipped one for me from another store. I will give 6 stars for their costumer services if I can! 💫

i had the pleasure right before christmas to visit this store even though it was hectic alex & eddie still made the experience worth it and found time to help within the store and order me some shoes & ship to my home.

The store had lots of customers ( for good reason, July 4th sale was on) but Angie still checked for a shoe size I couldn’t find for my son. When she couldn’t locate, she offered to buy and have shipped- honoring sale price. Then checked again and found the shoes- my son was ecstatic! Everyone knows NB has great shoes, but Angie’s help really made this visit a success.

Found great deals. Employees were helpful.

Ari was super helpful! She asked if we needed help as soon as we walked in and directed us around the store to find exactly what we needed. We walked out satisfied with the customer service and our purchase! Will come back in the future.

I just left this store having had an amazing experience with William assisting me!!! I was nervous asking for at least 4-5 different shoes in the back, but he was more than happy to help me and explain the differences between each running shoe. super knowledgeable and friendly guy!!! thank you man, and say hello to mystery first name, middle name nikole for me!! LOL

Dawson was absolutely the best! I went in to get some shoes with my 5 and 7 year olds and he handled our needs like a champ! He had so much patience and helped us out with such a good attitude.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Henry took a lot of time and assisted my wife and I. He was awesome!

I’m not sure if he was a manager or staff member but the gentleman that helped us went above and beyond to help me and my girlfriend find a pair and sized up to the T … excellent attention 💯💯

Dawson was fantastic in assisting my Mom, who suffers from nerve damage and foot pain. He found her the right inserts that were so comfortable she immediately put them on. And Jonathan and Layne also helped her find her size and other colors. This made her birthday so special — she’s able to walk more and that’s a huge quality of life issue. Thank you SO MUCH for treating my mom with love and VIP attention.

Store was very clean, well stocked and staff was very friendly. Our cashier even tried to locate socks that his store didn't have. We really appreciated the offer to do so.

The salespeople are consistently helpful and very knowledgeable. I have even called them on the telephone and they have provided the information I requested without complaint. If you tell them your foot problems they will provide you with numerous options to help improve your foot issues. I definitely recommend this place.

Staff was extremely helpful. Measured both my children's feet and showed us exactly where their shoes are in the store. Had a great sale on for Labor day too!

I suffer from flat feet and excess pronation, Casey not only helped me find the PERFECT pair of shoes but taught me more in 5 min about my feet than any rep in years! Plus every associate was extremely helpful.. I am indebted to this store for helping me...
