My son's car had been totaled out and he was looking for a Jeep Compass to purchase with cash. We found a 2014 Jeep Compass here and traveled close to 3 hours to purchase it. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that not only did the car look like the pictures, but it honestly looked even better in person! We asked for a test drive but there was no gas in the car so the dealer, Ivan, took the car himself to get gas. When he returned, he told us that there was a knocking noise coming from the rear right tire and that he wanted to check it out after our test drive. After we returned back, we knew that we wanted to purchase the car. Ivan wouldn't even let us take the car home until he had it looked at by his service technician. They figured out the issue, and fixed it within a week after purchase at no additional cost. He kept us in the loop the entire time, and the car buying process was SO easy and simple that it felt almost too good to be true lol. Even when we picked up the car, Ivan stayed after hours for us to pick it up because of the distance. Ivan is a rare gem in the used car industry, because he is truly honest and he cares about people receiving quality cars. He was SO kind to me and my family and very fair. Buying used cars is so different these days, and honesty is really hard to come by even when dealers purchase cars themselves. We're so thankful to have come across United Automotive and Ivan! My son absolutely LOVES his new Jeep! I would definitely drive 3 hours again just to purchase my next vehicle from him/them!

Ivan is great to work with. I enjoyed the entire car buying experience! He made it fun and was patient. I received a great deal on the Toyota RAV4 and the financing was an easy process. The car drives really good and I love the roomy cargo se and sunroof. I am happy with my car and would recommend this dealership.

we love this place!! my boyfriend and i had a great experience here. He bought a 2016, lexus is200t. in amazing condition, we were able to lift it up at our shop after we bought it zero rust anywhere and everything working properly. no leaks either. nothing to worry about for awhile, fairly priced vehicle as well. i believe this is a very honest and great dealership that sell cars they
know that are in great condition. they have a good mix of vehicles from luxury to everyday cars. if we ever need another vehicle we will be back.

United Automotive was Awesome, my son and I test drove a vehicle and Ivan and Nicole were Great, they gave us the keys and we drove it off and then next day we brought a check in purchased the vehicle and within 30 minutes we were out! After 3 horrible experiences we found this to be a wonderful experience. My son got amazing service. Really nice used car. I would definitely recommend shopping here first. Ivan and the staff couldn't have been nicer.
