I went to the dealership after I got off work just to look at a particular pickup I saw online. I was met by Nick Lopes who is a one man show at this lot. Let me say, this experience was far from your old school sales pitch. Right away, I could tell Nick was a genuine guy. He provided me with knowledge of the truck as well as taking time to answer all my questions without trying to coerce me to buy. I did not feel the "sharky" atmosphere that is typically felt when you walk into a dealership which I was thankful for. The condition of this pickup was better than I anticipated and was priced fairly in my opinion, so I chose to finalize a trade in deal. I felt comfortable with the allowance I was given as well! Nick stayed late with me until around 9:30 to make sure this was settled completely. Everything about this process was seamless and thorough. After searching in town for a used bronco that had all the options I wanted, I decided to take the leap and was willing to travel for the right one. Conway Ford had the one I wanted listed on their website. I sent an email inquiring about availability. Nicholas Lopes contacted me a short time later and confirmed the vehicle was available. I set up an appointment to drive down and check it out. I little while later I received a text with short walk around videos of the vehicle.
My wife and I drove down yesterday morning and the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. Nicholas told me he was going to make a deal I couldn't refuse and I would take it home with me.
There was absolutely no hangling over price, no time wasting nonsense on my trade in value or financing details. Nicholas handled every aspect of the purchase, from showing us the vehicle, working out the financing and actually cleaning the car before delivery.

I must say that working with this dealership has been SOOO much smoother than my expectations, The personal attention and understanding of my wants and needs were unsurpassed by the sales professional and follow up personnel, i.e. Nick! I have had sales experience with cut-away chassis and completed commercial Ford products in the past and I would hope that my employees treated my clients as well as I was treated here at Conway. All though this transaction was complete 535 miles away it was completed remotely in roughly 5 hours thanks to the energetic responses from the Manager (Nick L). Quick photo requests, options, financing and delivery. Not to mention the quality of the service and transporting of my new vehicle procured from Conway Ford.
My family is looking forward to having a great time on the beaches in Florida.

Nick was extremely helpful. I was able to test drive the vehicle leave and finished things I needed to get done while he prepared the paperwork. Once he finished the paperwork I came back and was gone in less then 15 minutes.
