Not reliable to adhere to their published business hours on either their website or phone message. Checked hours for Nov 4 a Saturday which stated open from 8 a to noon. Web site also listed these hours. Arrive at transfer station at approximately 10:30a only to find gate closed and locked. Called posted number and left message but did not get a call back as stated on message. Totally unreliable.
