I showed up and couldn’t believe they got my Raptor in for an oil change, tire rotation and filter change without having an appointment! The crew took care of my baby and were very kind to me. Even though I’m not from the area I would completely buy my next Ford from Dunn as I was beyond impressed with the service and staff. Thank you!

We are from out of town. My mother and I were driving down with our horses to camp when we heard a strange noise under the hood of our truck we brought the truck into these nice people to have them look at it. We dealt with Blake and David. Both gentlemen were very kind and professional. They worked quickly on our truck. We left it with them overnight. They were not able to find anything wrong with it. We were grateful for that. They did not charge us a diagnostic fee. That was very generous of them. We had them change the oil while it was there. Many places leave greasy handprints on the hood or door. They did a good job keeping their hands clean and not leaving greasy marks on our vehicle. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I very much enjoyed the small town mentality.

Had my car serviced last week and had recalled parts put on this week and an alignment and rear brake pads. David, Blake, Josie and Taylor were very helpful and polite as always. Never had bad service here. To all the guys that worked on my car I thank you. Above and beyond service.

Best buying experience I’ve ever had. Quick & simple, the price listed online was the price I walked in and got without any additional junk tagged on the end and Matt was awesome to work with. Even if we are GM people, I’ll check here first anytime I’m looking for a vehicle in the future because they had the best priced, nicest GMC Yukon within 300 miles of us.

Dunn Ford did an excellent job on repairing my Buick LaCrosse when the water pump went out and left me stranded on the highway. They ordered the part and had it fixed the next day., which really surprised me. Figured it would take several days. Very grateful for their excellent service and their friendly employees.

Dunn Ford exceeded all of my expectations when buying my F-150. Within an hour of arriving, I was already signing paperwork. I was able to download my Ford Pass account and get my phone set up with the help of the salesman. Everyone is very attentive and helpful with any questions you may have. Overall the best experience I have had!

My husband and I are from Virginia and were driving cross-country, a trip we had been planning for a very long time. We had just crossed into Oklahoma and began having some issues with our F-250 diesel engine. We stopped at the dealership in Sallisaw, whose service was downright awful. They refused to even look at our vehicle, as their only diesel mechanic was already working on another truck. Based on the engine diagnostic codes, they estimated major repairs at extremely high cost would be necessary. At that point we thought our trip was over. We took a chance and drove out to Dunn Ford, and boy am I glad we did. They have multiple diesel mechanics on staff and were able to look at our truck immediately. They found and fixed the problem right away, at a more than reasonable cost. Two hours after arriving, we were back on the road, continuing our epic journey. I am extremely grateful for their excellent customer service and expertise. I highly recommend them!

We used the quick oil change and were in and out fast. Appointments are needed, waiting room is sparse, but you get to watch the great service.

Both the sales and finance teams worked with me long distance. They were upfront and fair. After a 4 hour drive to pick up an unseen vehicle, everything was ready to go and as described. A great experience.

I called Dunn Ford to do my first oil change on my new RV because they were the closest Ford dealer to me that serviced large trucks. While driving the 50 miles to Stigler, my check engine light suddenly came on and my engine picked up a miss. When I arrived at Dunn, the lube service manager noticed the check engine light and offered to have it checked while I was there even though my appointment was only for a lube and it was getting late in the afternoon. He and the mechanic found an injector harness chewed through by a mouse. Although they didn't have a new harness in stock, he located one removed from another unit and was able to use the connector and wiring to complete repairs to my RV. That kind of service is exceptional--there was no "you need to make a repair appointment", or "bring it back Thursday". Their attitude was "let's see if we can get it fixed while you're here"! I HIGHLY recommend Dunn Ford and will use them at every opportunity.

Jason Sparks was very professional and direct. Not the smirmy untruthful type that usually populate dealerships. The Financing Dept. was top notch & quick and efficient. They offered fair value on my trade in vehicle. I was pleasantly suprised with my experience.
