Stigler Health & Wellness Center

I think it should be a little bit more alarming than it seems to be that this place has such low reviews/ratings. Since they don't seem to pay much attention to it, anyways, does anyone happen to know the dentist that accept soonercare for adults in the Poteau/Stigler/Pocola area?

I have experienced phone wait
time(s) are similar to any other hospital or medical facility. My interactions with staff have ALWAYS been positive with both Physicians and support staff. I have found that the level of care, compassion and support has been 10 out of 10. I am not always in agreement with staff; however, they DO take both time and effort to explain issues ; the who what where & WHY. I have always been treated with courtsey & respect. If Dr. cant help quick necessary referrals are given i will refer family and friends to this facility .

Fast, friendly service..staff goes above and beyond when asked. Recommend

I have never had an issue with a long waiting time at this facility, now if you go on Friday you might because its walk in day, so if waiting is an issue, then go a different day. My doctor is great and she cares, she takes the time to listen then explains everything in detail. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family

Practitioners are great. They take time to listen and explain things. Staff is awesome. The wait time is horrific and referrals are painfully aggravating. Takes forever. God forbid you have something serious, like cancer! You may end it dead before you get a referral to a specialist!

My doctor is a good diabetic doctor but when mentioning any other problems she doesn't make a comment or do anything about it. She is Gina Clark. My daughter's doctor is Donna Horton she is an excellent pediatrician but is often booked.the dental department has sometimes added onto the things needed to be done adding to the cost that were told to pay before

Very unprofessional staff! I had called to see if I could get an earlier appointment and they gave me a time. I said ok. When I got there they had no provider or nurse, but they in a round about way still wanted me to let them do my xray. I told them that they couldn't help me with that nor the other orders from my provider without adequate staff. They ended up canceling my appointment and all! Needless to say, I found out my appointment was virtual and when got back home I called and finally got treated. I will not use the Stigler clinic for anything!

Worst experiences of my life. Everyone is rude. They make you feel like cattle trying to you get in and out. Then they want to you come back every month for every medication refill just so they charge you more money. All the doctors bedside manner are horrendous. You can tell they have exhausted all other options and are snuck in low quality community health and hate their life. The first time I was seen the doctor came in and he was quiet for an uncomfortable amount of time, asked no questions, and diagnosed me off what I told the nurse. This was an MD. A crazy amount of unprofessionalism at this place. It what happens to health care when a CEO doesn’t have a background in health care and instead has an MBA and runs a health center like a for profit business. This place is a terrible place. It will be eventually sued out of existence due to poor practices.

My eye prescription has not changed in 20 years. I went here to just get a checkup so I could order new glasses. Their eye doctor told me eyes had gotten twice as worse than the year before. I was shocked. After ordering glasses, I could not see. Turns out the doctor was wrong. My eyes had not gotten worse. I went back to my old doctor and everything was fine. I asked the eye doctor why everything was wrong and he told me it was because the eye chart was too close to where he does the exam. None of it makes sense. Never going back .They don’t even have the correct building lay out to preform all the service they offer. This business is not about helping folks or providing quality healthcare. It’s about lining the pockets of the owner. Now cue the owner copy and pasting some half hearted attempt to get the reviewer to call them. Their business so so bad they have hire someone to watch reviews. Lol. Try hiring someone who knows how to do health care.

My eye prescription was off and the glasses i have them ordered the handles were crooked. I took it in for them to rechecked my visions and vision was still off. I could not even wear my glasses. They did not even fix my glasses handles too. They said there is nothing they can do. Very bad experience I’ve had out of all the places I’ve been to in my life.
