Love this store when Tabitha and/or Cody are working. Both are very helpful and go beyond to help their customers. I went in today to purchase two canisters of Lit. I had in mind to use the $15 off coupon from email but didn’t have the email. I asked associate about the coupon and email and he had no idea. I headed out to grab my phone to see if the coupon would be somewhere on the member’s account info On the GNC site, I asked attendant and he had no idea. Gees, what does he know? While I am searching for the coupon on the site, he asked if I still wanted to purchase the items.

I was the only customer in the store, he could at least acted as though he cared. I love GNC and their products. I adore Tabitha and Cody is cool. I’m not too thrilled with the customer service rep from today.

Employees really care about you, not just their sales. They watch out for your health when they are selling you product. They are well informed and their lives rotate around health, exercise, fitness, and researching the items they both use and sell.

I love that when I walk in they are at the door, ready to listen to me and to help me make the selections that are right for me. No more walking around confused and embarrassed. They are eager to show me the products specifically designed to meet my needs, and most especially, my goals.

The Duncan store is the one I use and they have many delicious products based on fitness, plus they have a whole lot more. I am vegan and I love that they have a whole product line based on vegan nutrition. GNC is my go-to for health and snacks as well as a boost when I need it and fun camaraderie every time I come in.

Good supplements whatever I don't get with Pure Life or if I need something quick.

Call asked if they had Dhea on the shelf. Exact words. She said they did. I asked if it was 25mg. She said "no it was 50mg". Drove up there from south of town. She said " we don't having it in stock". What the hell? How could you know it was 50mg if you didn't have it? Obviously you are saving the last bottle for someone else. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.
