Holiday Inn Express & Suites Duncan, an IHG Hotel

Service and room was great! We had issues with another hotel in town and had to leave early in the day. We came over to this hotel and explained our situation and they let us check in early so we had a place to keep all of our belongings while we went back to work. The people at the front desk were extremely nice and delt with the issue great! House keeping staff were friendly as well. Rooms were extremely clean and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. They had firm and soft pillows on the bed so you could choose which fit your sleeping style the best. We will be back to this hotel on our next business trip to Duncan.

The check in and checkout clerks were amazing. The checkin clerk went out of his way to make sure had all we needed. The checkout person called us personally to let us know we had left an item behind. The bed was great AND the pillows were king sized and perfect.

It was 1st class all the way. It was centrally located and the room was huge!
The concierge was always friendly and helpful every time I saw her!
I had plenty of room for my business equipment as we as for all my personal belongings.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Small gym that you can get a good workout in. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was varied and good.

This hotel was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. We were here for 4 nights and they were so accommodating. We asked for a rollaway mattress and they had somebody up within minutes with it and re arranging the room so it would comfortably fit. We had a small problem with how bright the light on the detector was and they had a crafty solution to help us sleep better. Everytime we had to ask them for one thing or anything they really had helpful wonderful attitudes. They genuinely care.

Frequent Holiday Inn Express guest and this location is SUPER clean, very nice facilities and even the pull out couch in the king suite room is comfortable. I'm the one that slept on it. When back in Duncan, will definitely be staying here!

We arrived late, about 1:30 am and there was someone at the front desk waiting for us. He was extremely helpful when answering questions about the area! They had a side door with access using a key card, so we didn't have to walk far to get into our room. The room itself was clean and had extra soap, shampoo, etc... It even had a mini fridge, microwave, and a Kurig. I would stay here again when in town.

The hotel was well kept, clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly. Location was in an area where you had access to a variety of businesses. Booking my room last minute to attend a funeral they went out of there way to accomodate. The rooms had everything need. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer etc. Came in handy for the event preparation. Free breakfast with a good variety. Keurig coffee machines and pacs are in the room. Loved that!!!

Very clean and welcoming. Staff was wonderful and the room was great. Only thing I have a issue with is the Hardline they they have in the room did not work for the internet, as a gamer I like the Hardline better then wifi, but the WiFi here was capable enough for me to play some Modern combat. So it was fine. The breakfast was AMAZING! Great eggs, bacon, and yummy cinnamon rolls.

Excellent service. Two ladies a Krystal and Debbie were very polite and professional. The extra amenities were fabulous and the hotel was extremly clean. We will be back !!

I honestly have no words to say that could possibly explain how great this hotel and all of their staff are and I consider them all angels in my eyes. I’m with a search team and we came down for three days to help search for missing 8 year old Damion Davidson. As a nonprofit organization it is very expensive every time we travel out of town and usually digging out of our pockets trying to figure out how we can manage to pull the trip off which often is flipping our personal bank accounts into negative and at times piling 10 people into a room or sleeping in our own vehicle. My purpose in explaining the out of pocket struggle is any discount or comped rooms is huge to our team and leads into what Holliday Inn did for our team.
First day arrival we do not have any hotel room’s setup nor did we preplan the trip we just knew we needed to get to Duncan, OK to help search for Damion quickly. We brief with law enforcement first thing Saturday morning and put together a search plan and start executing immediately. If you were in Duncan that weekend I don’t have to explain at all how hot and humid the temperature was outside. By the end of the day we are covered in dirt, sweat, and blood because of the wooded areas thorns and we needed to figure out where we could go to cool off, shower/first aid, and plan the next day’s search. We begin calling hotels to see if we could just get any discount and most either couldn’t or even with discount was out of our price range with our money all of us were putting together. Until we call Holiday Inn!!!! We explain why were are in Duncan to the front desk lady and she said yes they could help with discount for our team and welcomed us to check in. We asked what the discount would be on two rooms because Holiday Inn is a very nice hotel and our concern was it might still be out of our price range. The lady explained to us not to worry about because the rooms would be comped. This is such a huge lift off our shoulders and a much needed lifting after having an exhausting day and it wearing heavy on all our hearts and frustrating because we hadn’t found Damion. We don’t find comped rooms that often but do from time to time but that’s not what makes this time unique. We show up and Lindsey one of the staff members at the front desk checks us in with such compassion about the purpose of the trip and not only for that night but the next couple days so we don’t have to be rushed in morning before heading out packing are bags. This is where it really get interesting because we’ve never experienced this type of hospitality before from every staff member. Staff would bring us water/Gatorade and snacks to our rooms or as we were walking in the doors returning from a search. I’m telling you from front desk clerks, room service, and kitchen staff treated us so great and truly showed compassion understanding what we’re going through stress level wise trying to find Damion and not having answers. I’m honestly in shock and awe thinking back to this and in tears because we never to this level seen this much compassion shown to us from any hotel.
This Holiday Inn branch nested in Duncan, OK off highway 81 is a prime example on how organizations can create customer value and capture customer value from something that costs them nothing because of the compassion and hospitality generated from their staff. I truly believe it’s no mistake from top management down that they have chosen wisely in their hiring practices making sure staff has very high character/morals and very competent. I feel I’ve written a small book here and still haven’t come close to explain our gratitude and the meaningfulness that every one of the staff members shown to our team. You all were our angels for the weekend and really helped lift us when we truly needed it.

Very nice staff, pool and hot tub were nice, if you stay more than one night you have to ask to clean your room. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We've stayed here many times over the past decade and still love this hotel. Meticulously clean, crisp sheets, new mattresses, best bacon on the planet, etc.

Our family event was very nice. The facility was very modern and clean and accomodating. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were really nice and very well-kept.

I give 10 for cleanliness. Staff and front desk are amazing and very helpful. Breakfast is awesome. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Have used this hotel several times. Mostly for repairs at the house or remodels. Always clean and the kids love the pool and breakfast. Been asked several times by the kids can we just live here.

Super nice hotel and the indoor pool was perfect on a hot day. The decor when you first walk in makes the hotel feel super nice.

Very clean, staff was very accommodating during our stay, and breakfast had great options.
