I went to ask about moving from another carrier. “Yoshi” helped us when we walked in the door. My wife got a new iPhone, while I opted to keep my old phone. He took care of porting our numbers over and transferring her data between phones. 5 days later I decided to get a new phone. On that occasion the store manager helped me. When my new phone arrived,(it had to be ordered), I had an issue with the transfer of my data. I went back to the store and Orlando, and Ela helped me resolve the issues. Every time I’ve been to this location they were nothing but professional! Excellent customer service with a great attitude! I highly recommend this location if you need any help with your service. Great store!

After visiting a few stores to find the midnight color Apple Watch 8 Series, I was able to find it at the Thomasville, NC T-Mobile location in which Orlando was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service during the purchase and setup process!

This team really made me feel right at home, Emilio and Ela really stepped up and went above and beyond by showing me how to download apps and by connecting the phone to my car. I highly recommend this store!!!!!

I can in for a cheeseburger and to take a dump. Believe it or not they got out a hot plate made me a burger extra cheese and let me go potty in their exquisite employee bathroom. I’ve never been happier. They ended up giving me a I phone 15 that hasent even came out yet and hooked me up with 6g service. Awesome place awesome people I will be back

This store is great the manager and assistant manager went far above and beyond to get my account set up correctly I originally set it up online and messed it up.
