Despite being understaffed Voncell was very kind polite efficient and helpful. Pottery Barn continues to be my favorite place for Home decor items

I purchased my bed and dresser from this store. The sales staff is friendly and not at all pushy. Nothing compares to pottery barn. There were issues with the furniture, but I was offered money off or a replacement. I chose the replacement and it was perfect.

I have been on the hunt for curtains for my home for a while now and had no idea where to start. I ended up walking into Pottery Barn to an extremely welcoming staff and was excited to hear about their design service they offered. Through that, I met Cindi Tilley. She is amazing to work with. She is honest, super helpful, and knowledgeable. She came out to our home to measured our windows and sliders and helped us decide exactly what was needed for each room. She made this process so easy and fun! It has been a wonderful experience!

We love pottery barn but Ricky is the only one we deal with. He is an amazing assistant manager and very customer oriented. He's the reason we bought from them.
