I am trying to shop local, small businesses this year but couldn't find a specific item in my area. So glad to have found Blue Hand Home online! They had the exact item in stock, processed & shipped my order same day, and two days later, it has arrived in the mail. Beautifully boxed and carefully packaged to arrive safely and ready to wrap. Will definitely shop with them again!

The customer service is terrific! The rug I ordered was backordered. Tracy regularly updated me on the status and was quick to reply to any questions I had. The rug came in as promised and I absolutely love it! She made my experience truly enjoyable by her helpfulness and professionalism. I will definitely order from Blue Hand Home again.

While quarantining at home in Texas, and staring at my floors as well as the four walls, I decided I need new rugs. I wanted to buy from a local, not big box, store and found Blue Hand Home. Their customer service is amazing. I think they shipped one of the rugs the second I pressed the "order" button. Hope I get to visit in person some day.

I’m really impressed by the concept of this store. Not only does it have fantastic furniture, it has unique clothes and great gift items. It’s the type of place that you can find just the right gift for all types of women. You can find a gift that is funny or meaningful. Where else can you find store that you can pick up environmentally friendly furniture, buy an outfit with accessories, and a gift for a party at the time?

I'm very happy with my purchase of the Hampshire sofa. The store staff knew about the details of the Cisco furniture, and the owner detailed the materials and options. I've been to the Carrboro and Wilmington stores and like both, although the Wilmington one is larger and stocks more. I will definitely shop here again.

I live out of state and ordered a Malibu sofa from BHH. Mary L was wonderful from start to finish. I then flew to the Wilmington location to have Mary assist me with furnishing the rest of my livingroom. BHH kept me updated along the way regarding progress or delays with the order. I am a very satisfied client and truly loving my new furnishes.
