I made the right decision when I came here about a year ago to get an engagement ring for my fiancee. It's a small store with very kind and dedicated staff. The two women named Caroline helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a price that fit my budget at that time. From finding the perfect band to picking out a stone - even showing me comparisons of lab and natural diamonds at the same price point - they really helped me realize my fiancee's dream.

Since then, we've had to have a couple repair jobs done on the ring, and they've graciously handled it within a day both times, making it look as new as the day I first picked it up. They recently helped us pick out our wedding bands that we just can't wait to wear. They've polished old, crusted rings - while we were waiting! - and made them look like new.

Even though we'll be moving to the coast in a few months, I think it's safe to say I'll be making the drive to visit Johnson's Jewelers of Raleigh for any jewelery needs I have in the future. I can't recommend this store enough, even though I try to with all my friends. If you're looking for an engagement ring or other jewelery, I'd be amazed if there's a better place to go in the state. It's just been that good of an experience.

Dan and all of the staff members at Johnson’s Jewelers of Raleigh were extremely helpful in the process of creating my dream engagement ring. They were very patient, kind, and informative in guiding my fiancé and I through the ring buying process. When I saw the ring on the day of the proposal, I was blown away by its beauty! I can't recommend Johnson's Jewelers enough! My husband got my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from them. The service is amazing! The employees couldn't be nicer. I've gone back a few times to have my rings sized and cleaned and even had a necklace shortened and a watch band sized. They have gotten to know us and are always so helpful. They sized my rings without even charging us, because they wanted to make sure it fit perfectly. They are a family owned shop that is in the business of helping people. I will be going back for all my future jewelry needs!

Tucked inside Olde Raleigh, Johnson’s Jewelers is a class act! We’ve been married 17 years and my wedding ring was too small to remove. The local fire station guys cut the ring off my hand and I brought it to Johnson’s to be resized. Super friendly fast service and very very affordable. Thanks to the dedicated staff who took good care of my most prized possession, second to my husband! Love this neighborhood jeweler. Look no further. This place is the best in Raleigh!

Johnson's Jewelers helped me create the perfect engagement ring for my fiancee. I knew I wanted to work with them as soon as I called. Kara answered right away and spent a few minutes going over my basic questions. When I called some of the other places in town I was put on hold for awhile before speaking to someone who made me feel like I was just a sale to them. Once I visited, Caroline worked patiently with me while we crafted the perfect ring. I felt so well taken care of and the pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend them to others.

My fiance and I worked with Dan at Johnson's Jewelers and had the best experience. My fiance got my engagement ring from there, and liked the experience so much we returned to them for our wedding bands. Dan was patient, attentive to our needs, and worked with us to help us get our dream rings within our budget. He is very knowledgeable and we trusted him completely throughout the process! We love this place because it's family owned and you are treated like family every time you go and they remember you by name. We won't go anywhere else in Raleigh for our jewelry!

I went in on the recommendation of another jeweler back at home to get ring ideas and could not have been more pleased with the service! They were aware that I was just getting ideas, but still went out of their way to ensure that I found exactly what I wanted! Kim was so helpful and attentive and made the whole process easy, comfortable, and enjoyable! Joey and Dan were also great in answering any questions I had while shopping! I had a great experience purchasing my engagement ring at Johnson’s Jewelers of Raleigh. I’m somewhat of a novice when it come to jeweler, so it was really important to me to find a jewler that I could trust. Their staff made feel right at home and took the time to explain all the intricacies of purchasing a quality stone. I visited their store over the course of several weeks to find the perfect ring. Through it all, they were patient and helpful without making me feel rushed to make a decision. Their staff is amazing and the ring was perfect.

Dan and his team were incredibly helpful when it came time to purchase an engagement ring last year. Dan worked very hard for me over the course of several weeks to bring in different diamonds to help me find the perfect one. Excellent customer service and jewelry collection. The folks at Johnson's are wonderful whether you're shopping for a gift or wedding rings, or having a family heirloom cleaned, repaired or reconfigured. We've done all those things with Joey and have never been disappointed- just the opposite, we're always thrilled with work that is always above expectations! Don't go anywhere else for fine jewelry- you will never beat the service at Johnson's!

They made me feel very comfortable and at ease which was not true at every store I visited. Johnson's Jewelers of Raleigh is the only jewelry store I will ever go to! They have the finest leading designers as well as classic pieces to help build my jewelry collection. I can also find nice wedding and baby gifts that will last a lifetime- they even wrap it for you in the most beautiful paper and bows! Customer Service is always top notch, I'm treated like a family member every time I go in! I can not reccomend JJ's enough!! It is the absolute best!

I cannot say enough great things about this staff and this store! Susan was very helpful when I was shopping for my engagement ring, as I wanted a ring with more of an antique style. They carry a great selection of engagement jewelry, with vintage styled pieces (Whitehouse Brothers) so I could have the vintage look without worrying about the metal getting of a true antique ring getting damaged, bent or messed up. Susan and Dan helped my fiance and I get the ring of my dreams without breaking the bank! Thanks again y'all!
