Such a great experience during a very rough time for my family. Staff was very helpful, especially Miriam. Beautiful cemetery and always kept clean and manicured. All of our questions were answered and we felt very much focused on, during our appointment. We are very grateful that we chose Cumberland Memorial Gardens.

The staff at Cumberland Memorial Gardens were very professional. Unlike some professionals they were still able to manifest genuine empathy and compassion to us recognizing the difficult time that we were now facing.They exhibited patience while we went over different options provided. The agent took time to drive us around and showed us exactly where our mom would be. This experience could have been much harder for us because no one is ever really prepared to loose a dear love one. I must say that because we had received such great and caring service from Cumberland Memorial Gardens, it made what was very hard to do much easier due to the exceptional services that my husband and I received from them....

My mother recently passed away, Kyle S. Helped me finish the final arrangements for my mom's burial, he was kind, considerate of what I was going through and extremely informative answering all my questions. She is at peace now I went to visit her just today, the whole thing was taken care of professionally and efficiently. They even go out of the way to call on you later just to check on your welfare. It is my absolute advice, if you need to find a final resting place for your loved one Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville, NC should be your first and only stop. You absolutely will not be disappointed 🌹

We lost my grandma almost 4 yrs. ago. She had a plot & vault already paid for at Cumberland Memorial Gardens, but she did not have enough life insurance to cover her other funeral & burial expenses. So we had to cremate her so my mom has held onto her plot & vault just in case someone in the family needed it. About a week ago we knew my father-in-law would be passing soon & we had no idea what we were going to do because he had no life insurance & he was not a wealthy man. My mom wanted to donate my grandma’s vault & plot to him so she went by the cemetery office after work & spoke with Steven & he was helpful, courteous, & respectful & told us what needed to be done in advance. Unfortunately my father-in-law passed on Saturday morning before we could get it taken care of. We went yesterday & met with Sheila the General Sales Manager & she was extremely helpful, courteous, & respectful as well & has helped us work everything out step by step so my husband did not feel overwhelmed. My husband & I are planning in the next few months to come back & discuss our pre-arrangements. I am highly impressed with the care & respect they show their customers & the care they take of their cemetery. I highly recommend Cumberland Memorial Gardens.

We buried my sister in law who was gone before her time in January of 2021. At a time like that you need much support. Kyle Sledge with Cumberland Memorial served us and we were able to bury her with dignity. We will always be grateful for his hard work and hope he will be there for some time to come. We had previously buried my mother in law there in 2014 and my husband Gary and I can say it was a tremendous improvement. We thank you.

I lost both of my parents in Febuary of this year just 3 weeks apart. A chain of events sent me to Cumberland Memorial Gardens to lay my parents to rest & that is where I met Mrs. Build. She helped me in so many ways during the worst time of my life & I can never thank her enough for all that she done. She made it a little easier on me physically & emotionally. She looks out for the families.

In a true time of need it was a blessing to be afforded the opportunity to meet and work with the sincere thoughtful staff at this establishment. Sheila Buie and her staff went above and beyond to help secure arrangements for a wonderful burial site for my mother. I, Roland Bussiere cared for my mother for 18 years. As a nurse I was the only one qualified to care for her. Of course I wouldn't let any one else treat my dearest mother but myself. It was necessary for me to care for her 24/7 for 8 months. I chose C.M.G. because she and I felt wanted and felt a peace with the support and extensive time Ms. Sheila Buie took with us. We of course chose the most expensive location. She has such a positive and caring attitude supposed to the previous site manager. Ms. Buie is an asset to C.M.G. When mom went to rest and have peace after a long and painful period. Ms. Buie was there when I slept on my mother's grave for 2 nights. Only she and my church were there for me. I still receive calls and support from Ms. Buie. It's because of her that I purchased 2 more plots and 2 more pieces of land to put benches on. We have had the heartbreaking, heart-wrenching, unexpected losses of both of our only granddaughters within 10 months. Their place of rest is at Cumberland Memorial Gardens. We were met and treated with the utmost kindness, respect, and sympathy from Mrs. Sheila Buie. She was most helpful and beneficial and supportive in our times of need and bereavement and has been nothing but supportive and attentive when we have interacted with her since.

They maintain the grounds somewhat well and fix issues when brought to their attention.
