Red Bank Wine

I have been shopping at Red Bank Wine for about 5 years. I give them 5 stars because of Jonathan who is mister wine, mister customer service, he is the most knowledgeable wine steward I have met in Wilmington. Yes, Eric can be gruff but I think he's mellowed over the years. They have an eclectic selection and reasonable prices. Can you get cheaper wines at HT or Total Wine? Sure, but not better.

We love Red Bank Wine! We have been buying our wine there exclusively for years. The owners and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They have an excellent variety of wines in all price ranges so buyers have all the options needed. This wine store is the best of the best. Cheers! 🍷

We've been buying our wine exclusively from Red Bank since it opened and I have never been disappointed. Eric and Sara always take the time to help us and steer us toward wines they know we'll like. They are knowledgeable, friendly and always offer top-rate customer service.

Fine wine selection with a friendly professional staff. I go there when I want collectable wines but they have a very nice selection of affordable options as well.

We are members of wine group located at Ocean Ridge Plantation, NC. We meet once a month, presenting a different Theme, Region etc. We've purchased our wine from Red Bank for over 6 years and haven't duplicated a single wine. Chris and Eric are among the most knolwegdeable in the wine business, prices are competitive and service is UNMATCHED!

Was in Wilmington for a few weeks on a contract job and found this great little wine shop in Mayfaire. There's something for everyone here at nearly any price point. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

Red Bank has long been known for its friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable staff. Now they have one of the most beautiful wine shops I have ever been in. What a splendid space to shop for wine!

Most knowledgeable staff in Wilmington, price points that satisfy every customer, (broke college grad so take it from me), and all taste preferences. Small craft beers, and sake section as well just to keep you on your toes. Would recommend to anyone in need of some vino!

The owners and staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. Today I got an education on the definition of burgundy wine (really a pinot noir or chardonnay) from a specific region. It's not a type of wine, I learned, just a location. Eric suggested a much less expensive alternative for cooking. He also explained that Cognac is a type of brandy distilled from grapes. You don't need to buy an expensive bottle of Cognac for cooking; a good brandy will work just as well. My point in writing this is to illustrate the type of service you get at Red Bank Wine, which is nearing its 11th anniversary. The owners, Eric and Sara, are terrific people and I wish them great success in the coming years. I think Red Bank Wine is the best wine store in the region.

Always has or can get what we want for our wine tasting group. They are also very good at finding our adventurous taste buds wines we didn’t know we wanted
