670 on Oak Tavern and Grille

Our waitress was EXCELLENT! Very friendly. Helpful. On the ball. Our food was excellent -- our group of 9 had everything from foot long hot dogs to the bbq (I ordered the "cup of bbq" instead of the sandwich as I didn't want a bun) to the pretzel bites. Great atmosphere. Good location. Good prices. WE WILL BE BACK!

You'd drive right by if you didn't know it was there, but I'm really glad that it came up when looking for places to eat in Spruce Pine. The young lady who was seemingly handling every table in the place as well as the bar was great! She was kind and attentive and added to the experience. The atmosphere is very cool and makes it feel like a dive joint or like you're eating out of the back of an old barn or something. The food was great. We had a group of 6 adults and everyone was very happy with what they got.

What a pleasant surprise. Our waitress both times has been amazing. The beer is cold, food is good and place is super warm and welcoming. Only criticism is the cod is too thin and was a bit overdone. It's usually for sandwiches there (hence the thickness I suspect) but she got it as a plate and would have preferred smaller, thicker piece.

The wings are AMAZING.

Maybe they can get the staff a wheeled cart with a hot box and umbrella to bring food over from the kitchen (also serves the drive in) in inclement weather :-)

First time. Was visiting friends in the area. Party of four seated outdoors. Casual environment. Good variety on menu. Food presentation was appealing. Taste was excellent. Would definitely eat there again.

Always a great experience. Weekly specials and a rotating beer selection makes for great time. Atmosphere is awesome, especially with lots of live music. The owners are hands on and really put in a lot of effort to make it great.

Really cool and interesting places. The drinks were pretty good and food was delicious. The staff was great, but was a bit disorganized. However, that didn't affect service at all. Definitely recommend going here if on the area.

Best wings I’ve ever had. They nailed the crispy outside with the tender inside. Sweet chili sauce was Devine! They offered a rib sandwich on their Facebook page. WOW. The most tender and flavorful sandwich! We will definitely be back.

On vacation and saw this had good reviews and was close by, so decided to stop in for lunch. I had a fantastic salad and a hamburger steak plate, and it was sooo delicious! My husband had the philly cheese steak, which he also said was very good. We also had pretzel bites with beer cheese, which did not disappoint AT ALL! Our server was very friendly and never let our drinks go empty. When we come back to the area, we will be back!!

Great atmosphere. Love the owners and staff. Very friendly and welcoming to all. We go at least once a week and enjoy a good meal and drinks. Live bands have been very good so far. Would highly recommend as a nice place to unwind after a long week or even day at work.

Excellent spot. The food is great, no matter what you order. The setting is awesome, and you're always going to feel welcome. They even have local beers. Stop in and say hi.

Pulled this place up randomly and decided to stop in with some friends. Zero expectations going in but I was blown away by the service. Our waitress was super attentive and helpful. The appetizers we got were fantastic. Would recommend this spot to anyone!
