Treated me and my wife like family. Gentleman stayed after hours to show us the great selection of campers and gave us a great deal on the one we choose. I would highly recommend Aberdeen RV for your first stop at looking at RVs because it will be the only stop you will need to make.

This review is about Character & Compassion...as my college student was driving home a plastic covering unbolted from the under carriage of her car. She called from the side of the road and I was quickly googling to find someone trustworthy nearby to help her after she attempted to remove the bolts herself. The receptionist, Aubrey, was very kind to ask a mechanic to take a look at her little Mazda even though we knew they were an RV Center. The gentleman removed the larger cover and placed it in the back of the car and bolted the smaller cover on reassuring her she would make it on down the road. Thank you Tommy for taking my 2nd call and I hope your staff realizes what a blessing they have been to our family today. Filled with gratitude!

Had a great experience buying my camper from here. Highly recommend Aberdeen RV center. I purchased my camper over the phone and do not regret it. Been using my camper for a week and not 1 issue with it.
The staff is professional, knowledgeable of the campers and great to work with.

When I flew up from Texas to purchase the camper, they had it all set up on display so I can view the full functionality of the camper.

Tommy, the salesman is polite, professional and honest. I appreciate how Tommy allowed my camper to sit for 2 weeks so my transporter can pick it up and drive to texas. From the moement I inquired about the camper and to the delivery of the camper, Tommy was there to anwser all questions and concerns.

Elijah, the mechanic, guided me through my walk through. Very knowledgeable of campers and professional. Without his walk through I would of been a little lost on the functionality of the camper.

Renee, finance, was amazing as well and polite and professional.

Overall, I would recommend stopping here before going anywhere else to purchase a RV/Camper.
They provide the dealership experience with excellent customer service as you would expect and deserve as a customer.

Caleb was very patient (about 9 months patient). He was always friendly, knowledgeable and honest. It took us almost 10 months to make a decision on what we really wanted. I would strongly recommend Aberdeen RV Center to anyone. Definitely ask for Caleb when you stop by or call.

Recently purchased our second RV from Aberdeen, Our salesman, Doug Thompson, worked very hard to give us a very good deal. Had some very minor issues, the service manager, Greg, seemed to take a personal interest in that experance and took the time explain things. He and his entire staff have been very helpful.

The best group of people I've ever dealt with! From sales to service, thay take care of you. I am new to the RV family and they set me up for success. They never tried selling me something I didn't need. I currently live in Illinois and plan on heading back down when its time to trade. If you're in the market you need to stop here, it'll be worth the trip!

Tommy was very cordial and had / got answers to any questions promptly. I feel like we got a good deal and would recommend him. So far I would recommend Aberdeen RV and I hope that opinion stays that way. Issues we had first time out was lack of QC at Jayco and the service dept jumped on them and got them corrected. The 5 stars are for Aberdeen RV, I’d probably give Jayco a 3.5 or 4.

We we're meeting by the friendliest gentleman I've ever met at the Aberdeen RV. His knowledge of RV's, camper pulls & class C's was a welcomed one. We didn't buy one on the spot, but we'll be returning soon. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Aberdeen RV is one of the friendliest best dealerships you can find. I am a repeat customer and have always been treated with respect. The salesmen listen to what I want but don't try to sell me something I don't want.
