Paul is a joy to work with. I have ordered metal roofs for 2 places and the guys loaded my trailer. Will be ordering at least one more roof and I know it will be done with ease.

I was in Rustic this morning & the gentlemen working there could not have been nicer. They had a light on display I wanted, took it down, put it in a box & took it to the car. SO much better than the other stores I went to yesterday.

My first time dealing with Rustic Building Supply. From the time the phone was answered to the delivery of my covert pipe the customer service was AMAZING!! They got a customer for life!! I'm so glad I was told about y'all!!

Unloaded fairly quickly, make sure you are ready to go if you park overnight. There is only one unload spot, you will have to leave once you are unloaded. There is a big open lot at the intersection where you can wait if needed. Fast and friendly for drivers, let’s keep it clean!

Tyson has been a tremendous help to me and my business. He was able to locate and deliver material in a quick timeframe. They also were able to recommend a great contractor to me.

The experience is always positive. The people that work there are fun, friendly, and always ready to help you. They are also diverse and have Spanish speaking staff available for translations. I do a lot of obscure things and sometimes they don't have want I need but for basic home improvement parts and tools they are on top of it. I highly recommend rustic to everybody.

This is a great hardware place the guys who work here are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have lots of different cuts of wood and building supplies. I would definitely tell people to come here because it's a quality place.

Rustic is a great lumber yard and supplier. I go there all the time for my building supplies. Great staff and great prices. What more can you ask for. I highly recommend them.
