Hope Crossing Animal Hospital

I felt so defeated that I was not going to be able to get the care my dog needed after being referred to an emergency vet. God was definitely putting my fur baby where he needed to be when he needed to be there! The whole team at Hope Crossing Animal Hospital was wonderful, before during and after treatment!!! But Dr. Carroll got me straight in the feels when she told me she crawled in the kennel with my baby after his surgery! There no words and no amount of thank yous that could measure how grateful we are for this hospital!

HCAH is the best! My italian greyhound needed medical attention for a leg wound early this morning. I called when they opened and they took us right in to evaluate him, staple his wound and get him on antibiotics. It was less than an hour from first contact by phone until we were all patched up and headed home. Dr. Bowen’s bedside manner is awesome and he took excellent care of Rudy. He is very passionate about his patients and shows tremendous concern for their well being. I would give them 10 stars if I could❣❣

2nd visit was great Feb '24! Updated vaccines, checked her over good and discussed anxiety options starting with behavior suggestions then very mild med's IF needed.

1st visit for our adopted 7mo Golden. From calling for info and an appt, to the routine visit and getting the preventative meds (very competitive $ to the online companies), the entire experience was awesome. All of the staff were very attentive and made our pup and us feel comfortable. We made a great choice choosing this vet.

Dr. Carroll a the staff at Hope Crossing are the best. They care greatly about all the animals they treat an go above a beyond. Our Tiny got hit by a car an we had to rush to an emergency hospital that was only worried about money an not us or Tiny. But Hope crossing stepped right in an fixed or Tiny an invested a lot in getting her back to being a happy little dog again. This vet is the only vet we will ever use an have used for almost ten years now. If you need an awesome vet to care for your furr babies then please don’t waste time or money going any where else.

Great experience with this animal clinic! They took great care of our pet bunny when he stopped eating by providing emergency hydration, food and meds to help his GI tract get moving again. They were available for a same day appointment and followed up with us to he how he was doing the next day. Highly recommend for any rabbit family!

Wonderful vets. Super staff, extremely supportive, knowledgeable and kind. We've taken all of our dogs to them over the years and couldn't be happier. From new puppies to coming out to the house to put our old dog to sleep, they have helped us through everything. Can't say enough good things.

After adopting our bonded bunnies from a shelter we took them for their first vet visit. The staff and doctor made both the bunnies and us feel incredibly comfortable. They listened to our concerns, addressed them patiently and kindly and I felt very comfortable with the staff and the care they were providing. Thank you Hope Crossing! We will be back!

We have just gotten a new dog that came with limited medical history records. Although he seemed to be perfectly healthy, we were unable to schedule an appointment for grooming without his complete shot records. First of all, Hope Crossing got us in to see a vet quite promptly; once we were there, everyone was ver friendly and helpful. Dr. Bowen gave the necessary treatments and coached us on what treatments he would need and when. He gave us choices as to meds, like heart worm and made us feel comfortable buying the medication there or taking a prescription to a less expensive source. All in all, we were very pleased.

Love hope crossing animal hospital! Found them online when we moved to the area and started taking our cat to them. We've had regular annual checks and sick visits. They are phenomenal and the staff are all kind and helpful. They are also great with our cat who gets pretty scared in new environments. 10/10 recommend!

I love this clinic! Everyone who works there is amazing and very thoughtful. They all know the names of my dogs and my dogs love them all.
Dr Webster is very knowledgeable, patient and such a genuinely good person.
I can't imagine going anywhere else for our veterinary care.

Very pleasant experience taking my 2 cats to this vet for the first time. Someone at the front desk carried them in, in their carriers, and put us in a quiet room; when Dr. Crowther came in, he was calm & quit and nice. This was a wellness visit, so no unpleasant shots or pills.

Hope Crossing is wonderful. You can feel the good energy when you walk in the door. The doctors and staff are very caring and competent and work well together as a team. One of our dogs has a chronic condition so we are in there often and I feel they’re completely trustworthy and professional. Clearly they love both animals and people.

Great care with fair prices. They don’t try to upsell you on unnecessary services. I take both my kitties there. Helped me with a feral cat when another local vet couldn’t handle him and told me not to bring him back!

Attention to detail and not hurried. All my concerns addressed. I've used Hope Crossing over 5 years and they are the best.

Dr. Webster has been out vet for 10 plus years. He and his team have provide the best care to our dogs. They are a group of compassionate, caring providers. Recently my mom's dog became very sick. Dr. Webster saw him in his office. He and his team where excellent with the dog and my 88 year old mother. Needless to say mom has a new vet and her fur baby is doing great. I highly recommend Dr. Webster and team!!

I have moved to Chapel Hill but continue to drive 25 minutes to Hope Animal Crossing because I have full confidence that with each visit my fur children are in excellent hands. I also feel completely welcomed and never dismissed regardless of whatever question or concern I may have. Dr Webster and his team are the absolute best. The environment is warm and caring and I am at ease knowing that my 3 pets are in capable and kind hands. I am grateful to have found Hope Animal Crossing .

After 20 years of care with the same vet In Cary, I now realize that care was subpar. Dr. Katelyn Carroll is a wonderful breath of fresh air. I will taking my fur baby to her from now on. Dr. Carroll is kind and very thorough.

I brought in my 20 year old cat Lily for urgent care. I worry about her when something unusual happens. She wasn't able to go to the bathroom and was pretty miserable. They were kind enough to take her on short notice, and since she wasn't their patient, I was so grateful! They were able to treat her and prescribe medication, which seems to be helping. I'm switching Lily, as well as my other two younger cats to Hope Crossing! They're the best!
