Love our metal prints of Autumn Rush and A Hundred Wishes. They evoke such a sense of rich sense of hope, calm and whimsy. We really enjoyed talking to the guy working there that day. He was kind and knew the right mood music for these art here. Thank you!!!

Phil is one of the most talented artists I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! He and his wife Tina run an extremely welcoming gallery/studio in Asheville that I can't wait to visit again! I'm a proud owner of two DeAngelo originals. His art makes people smile. I think it's time for you to go meet Phil and take home yourself a smile!

We love Phil's work and own two of his pieces. We plan to collect more. The studio is fun, open and inviting. Phil is often working in his studio but is always happy to stop what he is doing and engage with customers. His studio mates are his wife/manager Tina and any number of well behaved dogs. His work is as cheerful and as colorful as he is. Don't miss it!

I've visited this studio twice now and purchased prints both times. I absolutely love the whimsical artwork! So many beautiful pieces to choose from and the lady helping is super friendly.

The wife and I saw one of his pieces in a friend of a friend’s home on Thanksgiving and really enjoyed it. We then happened to be in River Arts and made our way to his gallery. There we fell in love with one that will hopefully be our own. Classy stuff, classy operation and classy people.

I visited on Tuesday, toured many other art studios in Asheville, then came back on Wednesday and drove home happy with 6 pieces of Philip's beautiful art. He shared his vision, coffee, dogs, art and time. Philip is an incredibly generous, compassionate, talented and lovely man, as is his wife, Tina, minus the man part. The plan is to install all of his pieces in a new psychology/psychiatry clinic in Durham.

As I said to Philip, "Your art makes my wounded heart smile - and yes, there is healing power in art, especially art that celebrates nature so vibrantly, simply, and poetically." I am sure his art will also help heal others.... after all, his work is the best mood stabilizer on the market! Well done, Philip, well done!

Tied as my favorite artist (with Jonas) here in the Asheville Art district you will find Philip deAngelo and his art work.

I would say this is a must see studio if you decide to make your way down tot he Art District. It anchors the beginning of the district and is one of the most aesthetically pleasing studious I walked into. Both artists occupying the studio were super friendly and initiated conversation with both my wife and I. They were so easy to talk to and it felt like we were long time friends catching up. Just down home hospitial. These guys are not pretentious at all and I highly recommend you stop by for a chat and wonderful review of their art work.

One of Asheville's most sought-after artists, we've had the opportunity at BlackBird Frame & Art to collaborate with Phil on a number of commercial and residential projects. The result is always the same - his clients love his work, and they love working with him. So do we.

Broken Road Studio is an experience you won't want to miss. Phil DeAngelo uses textures and colors that make you want to step right into his paintings. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere!

One of the best working studios and gallerys in Asheville NC. He and his wife are friendly and so are the 4 dogs. Always a treat to stop by. Great art!

The best studio in the River Arts District...includes our favorite artist! We had to move to make more room for Phil's paintings!
