Sweet boutique

I bought the cutest gift having wandered into this boutique during a lunch break from work across the street. I couldn't believe all the fun stuff they had! They have the cutest mugs, yetis, jewelry, clothes, kids stuff, you name it! I ended up getting the prettiest Nora Flemming Stoneware as a gift for my family member who loves to entertain. You actually can swap out ceramic pieces and collect new ones and other pieces. It's a GENIUS idea and one of about a million options for fun and creative, personalized gifts. Definitely will be back.

My favorite boutique/gift store! There are dozens of choices for great gifts for any person and any occasion! On my most recent visit, Kristin helped me put together a great gift package for my college daughter. After deciding on a robe monogrammed with her sorority initials, I wanted to complete the look with matching monogrammed slippers. They both turned out incredible! The customer service is also above and beyond any other shops. Absolutely no need to shop online. Way more fun and incredible selection at Sweet Boutique.

What a spectacular assortment of wonderfulness in a small space. I wanted to walk out with everything. If you are a personalization fanatic, this is the place! If it stands still, they can put your mark on it - everything from duffel baga to Nora Fleming pieces can be personalized. This is definitely a place I will be spending a lot of time. The shopkeeps are super helpful without being lurky, too.

I purchased an item in early August that was told would be ready by August 28. On 09/20, after multiple follow ups from me, the company texted to say the item would be ready that day and they would follow up when it was completed. I never received follow up. I’ve been into the shop several times as well as left multiple messages and texts asking for the item. I have either been told to call and leave a message when in store or never had any follow up. If an owner reads this, PLEASE either refund me for the item never received or please let me pick the item up. I was a long time sweet boutique customer and am so disappointed in the customer service this time around I could never recommend anyone to go there again for fear of them paying for an item and never recieiving it

Extremely upset with the customer service here. I had a $48 coat embroidered there for $20 and the lady who took my order wrote down the order but her notes seemed not detailed so I asked her to repeat them and make sure she has all the particulars, she then said she’ll take a picture (from my sample item) to make sure it’s exactly like that. When I went to pick up the item, it was embroidered on the WRONG SIDE and much lower too. I asked if they could redo it and another girl at pickup said she’s not sure, will ask owner. I asked her to call the owner, she tried THREE times and the owner didn’t pick up.

I asked for a refund or even a discount and the girl said she will let me know after talking to the owner (she didn’t know when owner will be there so I could talk to her). Later that day the girl at pickup called me back saying there is NO GUARANTEE ever that item is embroidered as ordered?? And they can’t refund or discount their mistake but I can bring in another coat to embroidery? I was very confused because they ruined a $48 coat with additional $20 embroidery and now want me to bring a second coat with no guarantee that it will be done correctly this time?? I was very upset and emailed the owner and its been 3 days and I haven’t heard back from them. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
