this review is based on my first visit. i had never been here before, but heard good things from friends. i do all my own basic maintenance, but needed an alignment, so i shopped it around online and found a good deal here. made the appt online but never got confirmation or updates from the automated system. called after the appt time had passed, to check status. the gentleman was helpful and offered to get me into the shop whenever i could get there. when i got there, service was fast and done well. he asked good questions to understand why i requested the alignment. the tech made quick work of it, and now the truck is tracking straight again and the steering wheel is straight again. thanks so much guys. i appreciate it.

There was some exhaust system noise. I took my Jeep in to find our what was wrong. I had thoughts of them telling me I needed a new complete exhaust system ($$$$$$$) Instead Marlon found the leak and for a small sum he fixed it in one day. I will always use these folks, I trust them to be honest and professional.

Courteous and fast service. First time visiting this location. Went in for a service check (battery & bracket fix) without an appointment. Even though pretty busy, the situation diagnosed and resolved. I was out of there with a new battery, fluids topped off plus ability to utilize the online coupon in no time. Impressed with the factual and fast service. Thanks Team!!

They had the Interstate battery that I needed in stock. Staff was excellent. Knowledgeable and professional. Core exchange was hassle free. As one of the only Interstate carriers in the area, I will definitely be coming back to Midas Aberdeen in the future.

I have a lot of options when selecting an auto repair shop but I chose Midas in Aberdeen, MD as my preferred choice. Honestly and integrity goes along way with me and this shop has provided me the best options, takes the time to explain in detail what is recommended for repair, completes the service in a timely manner, and follows up to ensure my satisfaction. I can say that I trust the management team at Midas and appreciates the excellent customer service they provide.

Just had the most excellent care and workmanship at this shop! They accommodated me with an early appointment on my day off... replacing a headlight, fog light, did an oil change and checked my fluids. They even checked my wiper blades and replaced them. I thought that Midas only did mufflers! They are close and convenient...I now have a new place for my car repair needs!

Very satisfied with the efficiency and service at this location. Noticed a nail in my tire at the library and they were willing to take my car in with no appointment and no wait.

They had to order a tire and I found the price reasonable.

Marlon keeps me in the know about my vehicle, and his mechanics keep me on the road. Reasonable pricing, my local go to!

Went to jiffy lube and they said 100 plus I was about to fall over. I did alittle research midas has good deals during holidays so I took advantage of getting my oil changed and not nowhere near 100 dollars. Don't use jiffy lube use midas!!!im not a paid actorlol happy holidays🤣🤣🤣🤣

I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.. from now on this is thee place. 5 muffler shops turned me away. They did what I wanted ON THE SPOT. I was so happy I offered to buy them ALL lunch. . I can't thank y'all any more. In. Out. 1 hour. Did en extremely pro job too. And gave me back my OEM muffler. Now my Z4 sounds like a Formula One Ferrari.

Started off rocky, but it all worked out in the end! They fixed my issue with my Hyundai which was my passenger front headlight, and my front driver side turning signal. Very much appreciate them, and having patience with me!!! Will definitely be back again and again!!!

Had a sensor issue. Dealer told me part to order part because they didn't carry it. I got the part and tried Midas and glad I did. They got me in and out quickly no hassle for less than the dealer. Never had bad service here. Love these guys!
