The flowers were fresh, bright, and gorgeous, plus delivery was very communicative and prompt. highly recommend using this florist, they were also responsive regarding my need for tax-exemption.

Morgan did a fantastic job of creating just the look my son and DIL were looking for. She created a slide show of ideas, planned with us by phone and responded quickly to questions. The flowers were gorgeous and the table arrangement that I took home lasted nearly 2 weeks. (photo attached).

Wow wow wow! Second time using flower delivery here and the bouquet is above and beyond all expectations, again! The flowers are stunning!!!

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This review is as much for the lovely people who work at BBS as it is the flowers themselves (which were also lovely btw). I needed to make a late change to my order close to the delivery date and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They answered the phone right away and were happy to make any changes that were requested. They also texted to confirm that my gift flowers were delivered on the date requested. WILL BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN FOR SURE!

I have been using Rachelle/Baltimore Blossoms for years to send flowers to my mother-in-law for years and have always been extremely pleased. Recently, Rachelle provided the flowers for my mother-in-laws 90th birthday party. Everyone commented on how lovely they were and I was particularly blown away by the unique flower & balloon display she put together for the cake table. Rachelle never fails to disappoint and is lovely to work with.

This is a heartfelt 5/5. I've used Baltimore Blossoms services for 2 birthdays and Mother's Day- not only are their arrangements consistently beautiful, full, and more than we expected, but also the service remains outstanding. I live out of state and had a same day delivery request- the team at Baltimore Blossoms didn't hesitate to help me with my gift. I don't often write reviews, but I feel that you are getting more than your money's worth with quality and service.

I was sadly disappointed with this delivery, I bought my mother in law tulips as they are her favorite flowers for Mother’s Day, and they were delivered wilted and damaged. They were not pictured like the website online. I know the website states “bouquet will be delivered approximately as pictured”, however it did not even look slightly similar.

Edited- I changed my review to four stars because after a night of them being in water and cared for they have perked up more. Initially I was very disappointed, however the bouquets is beautiful the second day after receiving it.

Edited 12 May 21- I am extremely pleased with the customer service provided by this company. They exceeded my expectations and replaced the bouquet free of charge with a new one! Amazing customer service, I’m definitely going to use them again in the future. Thank you so much!!

I was extremely satisfied with the flower purchased for the funeral service of a beloved family friend. This was the first time I had to trust Baltimore Blossoms to keep their word & provide me with the flower arrangement they described. Thankfully, that's exactly what happened and I even called them a few days after the service to tell them that I appreciated everything they had done for me.

We cannot say enough good things about Baltimore Blossoms, who provided the flowers and decorations for our wedding this past May. Our praise is only exceeded by how much we adored working with Morgan, who was our point of contact for everything. From the first call, she was excited, passionate, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, in addition to being creative with our budget. Baltimore Blossoms provided our wedding arch, vase rentals, candles, bouquets, boutonnieres, and multiple greenery runners, and everything was perfect. Morgan was also dedicated to sustainability, working with our desire to have as small a footprint as possible, and provided us local, in-season flowers, rentals, and plastic-free options. She was one of our favorite people to work with for our wedding and we are so grateful to her and the team at Baltimore Blossoms for making our wedding vision a reality!

I have ordered from Baltimore Blossoms several times over the last three years for delivery and pick-up in Baltimore region. The service and quality of the arrangements and flowering pants is consistently excellent. Website is easy to use, too. Whenever I go in for something, I am greeted warmly and leave happy.

I worked with Baltimore Blossoms for my wedding and highly recommend! The bouquets and boutonnieres were all gorgeous. Morgan was very easy to work with and very thorough during the planning process. The pricing is also quite reasonable compared to some other florists I looked at. Highly recommend!

I found Baltimore Blossoms on a random Google Search and ordered a bouquet delivery a week in advance. Their website interface is extremely organized and easy to use. I called a day ahead of the delivery to confirm, and the employee I spoke to was very polite and accommodating. The delivery was on time, the recipient LOVED the arrangement, which was truly beautiful. I also appreciated the confirmation email that was sent after the delivery was completed. I have zero complaints, Baltimore Blossoms has a new and a very satisfied customer. Thank you!

I originally walked in two things: inquire about pricing for floral arrangements for my upcoming vowel renewal in January and then to purchase an arrangement for my husband. I wanna say I am not a plant person with a green thumb, but the quality of these flowers are absolutely amazingly beautiful. The ones I purchased for my husband to honor his mothers death date 11/18 and today(12/6/22)they are still alive and on my dining room table. I will definitely purchase again from here. Also the owner Ms. Rachel is personable, resourceful, compassionate, and a beautiful person inside out. As a therapist, I evaluate people all day and in my professional opinion she is genuine.

Better late than never! Baltimore Blossoms provided the flowers for the bridal party at my son’s October 2021 wedding. It was beautiful! The brides bouquet was artificial flowers so she could keep as a souvenir. You could not tell it was artificial and they added some fresh flowers to give a lovely fragrance. The staff was always friendly and worked with us as we made last minute requests and changes.

So happy with my purchase, I ordered some sunflowers for a covid-stricken loved one and they were delivered same day with the personal message I wrote. Couldn’t be more pleased with how they look and at a very competitive price. 5 stars all day!

I bought a bouquet of sympathy flowers for my friend who lives in Baltimore. I live in Denver and was concerned that there would be bumps in the ordering process, but it was smooth, and the bouquet turned out beautifully.
