Hottest game of the season in hand only 4 days until Christmas! Couldn't ask for more. Staff was nice, store was clean, and didn't need to stand in a long line. Only thing I really miss are retro games since this location seems to only deal with latest systems.

I love it. No cap 100% no problem here at all, i saw lots of things that caught my eye (mostly bnha) and i love it!

This GameStop has very friendly customer service, a very clean store, parking is not bad and the Festival does get busy so it becomes crowded easily. This location like many other GameStop's have a wide selection of games, systems, and gaming accessories both new and used. I personally love the apparel sold here, pop dolls and other cute merchandise from Thinkgeek. This location in particular I think of as my, "home base location" this has Coffee Coffee next to it which makes it perfect.

The location had what I needed and after a mistaken purchase the manager Melissa made it right 👍 great customer service here folks !

Shoutouts to the staff that didn't turn me away when I showed up a minute after closing. The website and Google both said closing was 9p but turns out it's actually 8p so I got there as they were closing up. They could've just turned me away or ignored me but instead they helped me out. Super appreciate the staff here.

I needed an adapter for a Nintendo 64 to work on a high definition TV. I was lost as to what I needed. Tyronne(sp) was top notch in his customer service. He was knowledgeable and fixed me up with the adapter I needed. He spent time with me and my experience was great. Excellent customer service. Thanks Tyronne(sp).

Stopped in to check out their Funko selection and the customer service was nice. Clean store with decent stock.

I bought a Xbox live annual membership plus my annual membership was due. I got both with no problem and the cashier was very helpful and courteous. I shop there for all my gaming needs and they have always had what I wanted and the staff if very friendly and helpful.

I have always been treated very fairly at this store. The people are kind and the prices are spot on. I enjoy the knowledge that the staff have about gaming culture. I plan on visiting this store very often in the future.

Great store, employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Are very good even when store is packed, like on many midnight releases, and are flexible even when they have issues with their system or other things.

Gamestop is always 5 stars to me. Recycling at its best! Get a game cheaper than new, trade it again when younare through. Repeat until your heart is content. Go go GAMERS!

Went in asking about Nintendo switch. They took there time answered every question and recommend some games for my grandson. Great experience.

Good place to bring the kids for gift ideas for their friends. They have tons of less expensive items besides video games and accessories
