I ordered flowers on the phone from Out of state , the whole process was very smooth and I was more than satisfied . I was helped by Laura who was so lovely to even text me a picture before it was delivered . The arrangement was perfect for my 10y old niece and she was happy . Great prices and same day delivery . I highly recommend .

La'Brands Florist is the very best florist in the state of Maryland. I have been using them for years and have never ever been disappointed. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. If the rest of this planet had customer service like them, everybody would be happy. There would never be problems.

La’Brands Florist did a beautiful job designing my bridal bouquet and my maid of honor’s bouquet for my July 2023 wedding. They had the soft, wildflower look I was going for, at the same time, elegant. They add so much to every photo they are in—which is most of them! Thank you Laura!

I recently ordered a funeral arrangement from La'Brands Florist. It was the first time I've ordered from them. I was so pleased with the arrangement when I saw it. Recently ordered arrangement for a funeral service. Ordering from out of state is always a little nerve wracking! La’Brand Florist knocked it out of the park! I requested a text photo of the flower arrangement and sure enough, it arrived this morning! Customer service was excellent! Highly recommend if you are looking for great quality, beautiful florals and outstanding customer service.

I can't express my gratitude towards this floral shop and ALL of its employees! I ordered an arrangement for my neices graduation while living out of state and I was overwhelmed and in full panic mode!! I put my order in on Sunday evening and got a call confirming date/times and I even asked to replace a few pink flowers with white flowers (to match the color theme my neice wanted), Debbie was phenomenal and extremely patient with me and I never felt rushed or as though I was a burden. I was sent a text of the gorgeous arrangement, and my neice was over the moon! I can't express my gratitude enough!! This shop will receive all of my business from here on out!!

Laura was so extremely helpful! We contacted her a month before our wedding and she quickly made time to met with us and discuss options. The flowers were picked up with no problems and they turned out perfect! We are so appreciative!

My now husband and I had an amazing experience with LaBrands for our wedding! We sent pictures before our appointment, which was so easy to set up, and when we arrived the environment was so warming. Mrs Laura had already made a mock bouquet for us to view/discuss and seriously, the flowers were GORGEOUS! I’ve never seen such beautiful roses and she nailed the handpicked look we wanted for our wedding. I highly recommend this place ! They’re prices are good and they’re amazing to work with.

This place and their customer service have won me over and have a new forever client.   Yesterday was my Fiancée's birthday, I had placed an order with fromyouflowers. (Do not support them or ever go to their sight It was a nightmare) I was to have flowers delivered by 10 am.  This never happened.  So I started to call around to different florists to see who would be doing the delivery.  I called 15 different florists and had no luck.  My last call was to La'Brands Florist.  The woman on the phone was just a pleasure to talk to.  She felt bad for what I was going through.  She also explains, always deals with local businesses.  I should have done that in the first place, I just figured I was saving a few dollars.  She did say if I did not have the luck to please call her back that she would have a delivery driver available within the hour.  I thanked her for her help but I was still hoping the other place would come through.  An hour passed and La'Brands called me back asking if I had any luck.  At this point, at any cost, I was ready to get something else going.  She told me that she would make something for her special with my Fiancées favorite colors.  15 minutes later I get a text message with pictures of the flowers and balloon.  It was perfect and it was a very nice size arrangement.  20 minutes later it was delivered and I was Saved!!  She loved them and was surprised about the flowers.  My job was done and La'Brands saved me!!   Now on a side note, the other flower order did come and it was 5 hours late.  It was the end of the day at her job and well defeated the purpose.  Plus It was a horrible arrangement,  it was small and missing items.   Do yourself a favor and Trust in local businesses and I promise La'Brands will not let you down.  Do not trust those 1800 places or Internet flower companies, They contract out, pay the local companies less,  you pay more to get less.

I ordered a bouquet at a very fair price. Due to my constantly changing work schedule, I had to adjust the pick up time, and they were very flexible with my request. 10/10 recommend!

Had the most amazing experience with Laura at La’Brands Florist. Besides the First Class service I received as someone who lives out of state in NC, Laura went above and beyond to call me back after hours in order for me to send a sympathy arrangement needed the next day. Laura even went to the trouble to send me some photo’s of potted plants she has in mind and then she sent me a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered the following day. The best florist in Baltimore County and the best florist I have ever had the pleasure to work with. It was a gorgeous arrangement and I would highly recommend La’Brands to anyone with any floral needs. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!

For a small business they have it together. A functional website. They offer delivery. They are open the posted times.
These are things very important to me a first time customer. I found what I was looking for and decided to go in and order and pick up. I went in on Thursday afternoon to pick up my arrangement the next day early afternoon. I was greeted warmly. I showed them what I was looking at from the website and the lady said will you trust me. I said of course. I returned Friday afternoon and once again greeted warmly this time by name. She made 2 arrangements and let me choose. Both were absolutely beautiful. I went with her recommendation. The flowers were for my friend's 40th birthday and she absolutely loved them. I'm sad I didn't get a picture of them before I gave them to her. I HIGHLY recommend.
